We need someone to care for our home and pets while we are away.
We can accommodate 1-2 people, with a driver's license.
I am a mom with two children at home, ages 10 and 16; and one in college, age 19. We also have two cats and two dogs.
Ashland is a vibrant small town and popular tourist destination (well-known for stage theater, trail running, farm-to-table restaurants, local ski mountain, and water sports on rivers and lakes.)
We live an active and healthy lifestyle- biking, hiking, snowboarding, reading, cooking, playing music, sewing.. and we would welcome you to join all aspects of our family life. -

This town, the location of our home and our 'family culture' all offer immediate access to a wide range of experiences. Ashland is a very liberal, hip town with A LOT going on, and best of all, it's full of HEART. From our home, you can walk or bike to... mountain trails, shopping and eateries, yoga, hot springs, dancing, snowy peaks.. so much beauty and variety.

Our home is conveniently located near town, you can walk anywhere, or use one of our bikes. We offer a private bedroom with a shared bathroom, and of course, all meals (we love good organic food!) Our home and lifestyle are very positive and easygoing. We look forward to hearing from you.

We have hosted many work-trade folks from France, Germany, Hong Kong, USA and Brazil, each for 1-6 months, over the past several years; and all have been a positive experience for everyone. We have also participated on couch surfing, home exchange and we run a vacation rental in Ashland as well. We always enjoy meeting people.
