  Hi workawayers!
  We are a family of three living in house with a garden, and we are looking for someone to help us keep the garden neat and clean and to do general maintenance of the house (exterior). We live in Sanremo, a beautiful town (60k people) on the Italian Riviera in Liguria, very close to the France coast and Monaco. In summer, the beaches are amazing, while in winter the weather is very mild and sunny. The location of the city is ideal for visiting many other places as there are many train connections with Italy and France and the airport of Nice is just 1 hour away. Besides, the inland of Liguria is a hidden gem to be absolutely discovered! For sports fan, there is a 40km cycle path overlooking the sea, many trails (for running and mountain biking), sailing club, rowing and kayaking club, soccer stadium, two tennis clubs, padel clubs, beach volleyball, swimming pool... and many more! Food is amazing - especially seafood, which you can get directly from fishermen, and also fruits and vegetables from the hill farmers. The city hosts a Casino (one of the only three in Italy), and is very famous for the music festival which it has been hosting for over 70 years; it also hosts other events, such as yacht festival (there are two ports), cycling race (Milano-Sanremo), rally, flower festival etc... You would absolutely love it here!.

  It is very easy to meet people in this city, especially in summer!! this is a holiday place, so there are many tourists, both Italian and from abroad. there are many beach parties, city events, music nights etc... very easy to get to know people! further, beaches, bars, restaurants are always looking for some extra help, and it is very easy to find extra work opportunities, also occasional jobs.

  We are very flexible: the import thing for us, is that the house's garden is tidy. We believe that an effort of around 2-3 hours a day is more than enough, about 4 days a week.
  
  We are looking for someone to help us keep the garden neat and clean and to look after the house (in summer we will go on holidays for a few weeks!). Specifically:
  - general cleaning of the garden
  - general skills for small construction/maintenance tasks in exterior
  - some pruning
  - sweeping the fallen leaves
  - watering plants
  - look after the house when we are away
  - general maintenance
  - painting walls

  Alojamiento

  It is a very nice small apartment, completely renovated, with Seaview, private balcony, private entrance (with a lot of privacy). it is made up of a living room with kitchen area, bathroom with shower (both with access to the terrace), and upstairs a cute attic room, with two ovals overlooking the sea. To do the groceries (we provide only accommodation), there is a supermarket 500 meters away from the home (same distance to the sea), as well as many other smaller shops like fruits and vegetables, meat, pharmacy, tabacchi etc. the town center is about 1 km away, like 10/15 minutes walk on a beautiful sea promenade (or 5 minutes riding the bicycle on the cycle path). You would be able to be totally independent!
  
  We do not allow to host other people and organize parties, we care a lot about our privacy, and also we ask to be clean in the house and careful not to ruin the furniture, the floor (parquet and marble) etc...
