  Hi Workawayer!
  
  I’m in a small town in Flanders, on the border with Wallonia.
  
  I have travelled quite a bit around the world. Ghana, the Gambia, Cabo Verde, Egypt, India, Nepal and most European countries.
  For some reason I decided I wanted to settle down. (Do not recommend 🤣)
  Now I’d like to meet international travels and exchange experiences.
  
  I recently got a house, it’s beautiful but still requires a lot of work.
  So I’m looking for some help with that.
  
  The house is 1,5km from the train station.
  50 min train ride to Ghent, 45 min to Brussels South
  
  I have a Russian street dog that is basically my little baby. He loves everyone so be prepared for cuddles. He will LOVE you!

  You can visit different cities in Belgium (Ghent,Brussels, etc) or go to Paris for the weekend (just 2,5 hours with public transport).
  
  If you’re more an outdoorsy person there’s plenty of places in nature you can visit.
  
  Pairi Daiza is about 30 min drive, could drive you there if my schedule allows me to.
  
  I’m open minded so ask away

  Any kind of DIY experience is welcome.
  Skills such as tiling, woodworking, plastering walls/ceiling etc. Depending on your interest and skills.
  
  I have a massive garden which hasn’t been kept tidy by the previous owners so this is another project.
  Cutting trees, taking bushes out, loads to do doesn’t require skills.
  
  I also want to start growing my own vegetables.
  There’s also different fruit trees in the garden.
  So any experience with that would be welcome (but is not a must)

  Alojamiento

  Due to the renovations the guest bedroom isn’t finished yet.
  However I do have a room which will be private for you.
  There will be a decent air mattress and bed linnen. Chair, desk, etc.
  
  I can cook for you when I’m home. If you prefer to cook yourself that’s fine too.
  But please don’t bring pork in the house 🙏
  I’ll only provide meals on the “working days”, as the other days I’ll assume you won’t be in the house anyway.
