NEEDING HELP NOW and onwards

I need to update my profile. For now I need help in Montréal.
I am a divorced father of a marvellous 9 y.o (born in 2015). I was a sailor for many years and travelled the world for 16 years (8 non stop). I used to be a helper. Now I am in need of some help around the houses: general maintenance, snow removal, house and personal organization, packing to move, home staging and cleaning, some daily cores and eventually a little entertainment with my little daughter.
I speak also french, spanish, italian and portuguese that is my mother language. My daughter only speaks french for now. I also have an apartment in Montreal and sometimes I need help or can host you there.

I have many skills and travelled a lot, for sure we have some common points to discuss. I am most passionate about sailing and gardening (organic/permacultural), architechture and art in general. I'm quite busy, so it's not always I'm available or around, but I'm present, willing to extend my hand, share a meal and curious about humans - travellers specifically.

Ayuda
I need help on decluttering packing, moving , organizing and decorating as well as daily jobs in my Montreal apartment (near subway). Maybe some Internet adds on marketplace.
.A bike may be available (sometimes needing a small tune-up as not used often), biking is a big atraction here. But you have everything on walking distance there, local public transport and daily public commuting .
Sometimes my daughter is around, and we like to play board games, music and arts , so if you want to share some time with us is always appreciated - but usually they will not count on the exchange.
You will have your own room and access to all home facilities.
Please let's discuss all the details before you come. I'm very flexible in general. Smoking is allowed only outside. -

Alojamiento
You will have your own room just for you.
Each night is exchanged for two-three hours of help. Additionally, you will have breakfast in exchange for one hour and lunch or dinner for another hour of help, but you need to prepare your meals. You are welcome to bring your own food - you will have everything you need to prepare it - or we can make other arrangements. -

We are very close to Canal Lachine with its beautiful natural and historic sights. A bike may be available, check before coming. There's Bixi stations on the neighborhood, buses on the corner and subway orange line is a 12 min walk.

She is proactive and conscious. It was a pleasure to work with her and have here at home.
