Help me with my hostel in the whale shark paradise of Donsol

  Hi!
  My name is Geri, I come from the beautiful town Donsol where every year whale sharks come to rest and breed. I love my town and the people here, and for a long time I have been dreaming about opening a hostel to receive people from all over the world. I have just found out about Workaway and it seems like the perfect option for me to meet new people, help them with discovering the beauty of my country and at the same time get started with my dream!

  There are plenty of things to do in the area. You can swim with whale sharks, dive with manta rays, freedive and explore the coral reefs, explore the beautiful area or meet my friends and get to know the locals. I enjoy meeting new people and show them the Filipino way of life to give them a welcoming and authentic experience while visiting the Philippines.

  Ayuda

  I would need help with getting started with my hostel (renovating a room, help out in the garden and in the house) for 2,5 hours per day 5 days per week in exchange for accommodation. You would have your private room. You would have plenty of time during the day to swim with whale sharks, explore the area (waterfall, underground river, hikes etc) or just relax and be a part of our local community :)

  My house is simple but with plenty of space. One big room is for sharing and is good for 3 people, the other one is yet reay to be fixed and that's where I need the help. I have two dogs and cats (they are very friendly and always ready to cuddle). I also have a garden with a hut outside where you can lay in the hammock and relax.
