  Hi! My name is Margalida, I am a young and enthusiastic woman who lives in a big house in Manacor (Mallorca).
  I have two lovely female dogs, Alma and Aura, which are active and love to walk and meet new people, so if you are an ANIMAL LOVER you would be a great fit!
  Alma had an accident in the past, and you have to be careful with her, but she carries out a normal life, she just needs a bit of special attention.
  Apart from that, we have a great female cat named Mishita, who always enjoys company.
  I would appreciate having some help with my animals.
  
  In our free time, we would love to share some time together, show you a bit around and do any activities we may enjoy in common.
  **My ideal workawayer would be a sensitive, attention to detail and quiet person, who could adapt to our schedule, routine and way of life.
  We are nice and quiet people who enjoy having people around in a respectful atmosphere.
  
  I am a teacher and in general, (if there aren't school holidays) your help will be needed from Monday to Friday until around 1pm.
  During the week (in school days) we begin early in the morning (around 7:45) and on the weekend you will be off.
  
  **On the weekend or on bank holidays our day starts a bit late, we like to sleep in, so I would like to have a person who likes sleeping in. If you are an early bird, I am not sure if you will be a good fit. We can talk about it.
  
  Please consider that, specially during the week, bedtime /quiet time is at 10 pm.

  About me:
  I am an open-minded person who loves meeting new people, socializing, practicing languages, being in nature and doing yoga and meditation. I practice sport regularly.
  
  I believe very much in yoga, meditation and energetic self-healing therapies and I have some expertise in these areas that I could share with you, if you like. I am also a yoga teacher.

  About my place:
  I live in a town called Manacor, the capital of the east area in Mallorca. From here there are bus connections around the island, in the low season connections are not as great as in summer but still you can move around.
  
  The sea is a 20-minute drive. I live beside the bus and train station, a train station called "Estació de tren or Plaça Sa Mora".
  My house is about 10 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the countryside.
  You will have your own private room and share the bathroom with me. Your room has a window to the street, but during the night if the window is closed you might be able to get a good sleep.
  There is not central heating at home but I have thick blankets and so far everyone has been comfortable there.
  
  What can we offer you?
  
  **I can offer you a comfortable accommodation and the opportunity to get to know Alma, Aura and Mishita, my cat, who are lovely beings and really enjoy company. You will spend some time with us, and we are warm-hearted people looking forward to enjoying some company and help.
  
  We will share the bathroom and the kitchen. Since the kitchen is small, we may have to organize our schedule or take turns to use it, but that may not be a problem.
  
  **I can also teach you yoga, or I can show you how I use alternative medicine techniques to keep a good energetic balance. As a hobby, I am a personal coach and foot reflexologist. I also give energetic rebalancing massages.
  
  **On the weekends or on my time off I can sometimes find time to show a bit around, go to the beach or into nature, do some cooking, go out for some tapas, taste some typical dishes...

  Intercambio cultural y oportunidades de aprendizaje

  You can get to know the nature in Mallorca, our culture and cuisine. I speak Catalan, Spanish, French, German and English. You will get to know two typical Mallorcan dogs (raters mallorquins).
  If interested, I can teach how to meditate and how to do a reflexology foot massage or offer personal coaching.
  
  We can also cook and explore the island together, when I get some time off. We can eat out in local restaurants, you can meet my local friends, learn our language and enjoy some cultural activities.

  Single room with single bed. Shared bathroom. The house is quite big and a bit cold in winter, but so far it has been ok for the workawayers I have had.

  Ideally I would like to offer a trial week and then extend your stay if everything goes well, but we can talk about It. A videocall is always a good way to get to know each other, so before confirming any stay, a video call is necessary.
