Established in 2014, our company operates one of the accredited museums in Puerto Princesa City that showcases an exceptional display of authentic sea pearls and other types of pearls. The Museum provides visitors with a comprehensive understanding of the marine biology behind the production of pearls and an overview of the Philippines’ pearl industry. Aside from the Museum, we also operate a coffee shop and a hot spring resort.

The program will require minimum work hours. The primary goal is for the employees to learn from the volunteers and to help them develop desirable social skills. In return, the volunteers can learn from the employees themselves as they interact and work with them closely.
The program will integrate the volunteers in the daily operations of the company's variety of businesses. The volunteers are expected to assist in any of the tasks assigned with the primary goal of becoming a positive influence to the local employees.
Depending on the skill set of the volunteers, these are some of the responsibilities that may be given:
- Assist in welcoming tourists and guests.
- Participate in the management meeting.
- Help in the cleanliness and maintenance of the museum and resort facilities.
- Provide informal or formal training to employees on a topic of expertise of the volunteer.

The volunteers will stay in one of the airconditioned and secured accommodations in the hot spring resort. They will join in the daily breakfast meal with the owner and the resort's employees. The daily breakfast provides an opportunity for the employees to socialize and discuss matters of the day.
The volunteers will be given free food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and accommodation throughout the duration of the program.
The Resort is located near Honda Bay where tourists can go island hopping. Local means of transportation is also accessible to go to the city center (15 minutes of travel from the market, mall and others).
