We are regenerating 230 hectares of land around the village of Silveira located in Serra da Lousã, Portugal.
We're looking for all the help we can get in creating a thriving biodiverse and resilient forest for future generations.

We're looking for people who like to get their hands in the soil! We're regenerating a mountain filled with hard rock, invasive species and steep hills. But it is also immensely beautiful, full of deer and wild boars. The project is hard but very rewarding! Examples of activities are: building terraces, planting trees and bushes, clearing waterways, controlling invasive species, digging ditches, opening access routes, building fences, and many more!

You can camp on the land. We've got a completely off-grid setting with an equipped kitchen, dry toilets, hot water showers and a beautiful dome you can use to do your yoga or meditation practice. We can also provide tent and bedding in case you require it. If sleeping in a tent is not your idea of a good rest, we can host you in an apartment we have in the nearby town of Lousã (10 mins by car from our land). Transportation will be arranged for you through one of our team members.
We will give you pocket money for the length of your stay and you can arrange your own food. Occasionally we will do team lunches and dinners.

Should you stay in the apartment in Lousã, transportation will be arranged for you through one of our team members. Serra da Lousã is a beautiful mountain range, full of interesting places to explore, creeks, waterfalls, river beachs, etc. Lousã is also a short drive away from Coimbra, one of the most beautiful cities in Portugal. If you like to surf, windsurf and kitesurf, Figueira da Foz is only about 50 mins away by car.
