We are looking for people to help out with the animals and helping with small repairs and improvements on the hobbyfarm We look for workawayers with real DIY-experience, handy hands and DIY-pleasure!

The North of the Netherlands is a very attractive area with lots to see and do locally. If you are keen on walking or cycling, there are a number of good and challenging routes around. The farm is situated alongside a canal which offers fishing and boattrip.s The local towns are bursting with history and ripe for exploration. The university town of Groningen with a vibrant ambience, contemporary fashions, range of affordable bars and restaurants, a growing international performance-art festival and the best nightlife in the region.

My time during my stay was very rewarding, I felt comfortable and happy, free of pressure, motivated to give more of myself at all times. Eline's cooking is amazing and sitting at the table every day was like family. The hardest part of my stay was when it came to an end.

Neil and Leilanie stayed with us for some weeks during the most dreary weather. Allways optimistic and helpfull. They are certainly fit, willing to get stuck in and quick learners with an appetite for a challenge! we very much appreciated their work and compant and can only hope they will return some day with better weather to enjoy farm stay.

Eline was a great host, and very good cook!
We were kept busy with building projects and learned some new skills along the way. There wasn't as much working with the animals as we hoped, but I guess this varies seasonally.
We enjoyed exploring the area, particularly Groningen which is a really cool town.

The animals are all beautiful and the three big dogs loved attention.

I'm also really enjoyed the bike and kayak trips in the neighbourhood at the afternoons and weekends. Hope i will see you an other time in my life my friends!
