  Hi, I'm Axel, the owner of a small kitesurfing club and Eco-Surf Camp boutique in Mancora, a cool fishermen's village and surf destination on the northern coast of Peru, near the Ecuadorian border. Here, we enjoy endless summer, with good breezes and waves all year long.
  
  Our primary offerings include kitesurfing and surfing lessons, and we also have a yoga studio. Our windy season runs from May to December, while the rest of the year is wind-free but still perfect for surfing.
  
  Our dedicated local team includes Pablo, who teaches kitesurfing and handles kite repairs, as well as Chelita, Juan, and Tania, who assist with the hotel throughout the year.

  You will follow our perfect healthy beach life in tune with the Ocean: surf, yoga, and maybe kitesurf. You will learn how to speak Spanish if you are already not proficient. If you are interested in how to run a small business and marketing and SEO, you'll learn too! There is also cool nightlife in Mancora for whoever likes to party :)

  Ayuda

  We have different specific missions for our volunteers, let us know if you are one of the following profiles we're looking for. We are looking for volunteers over 23 years old.
  
  > FROM MAY to DECEMBER: KITESURFING
  YOU'RE AN INDEPENDENT KITESURFER OR A KITESURF WANNABE: you're a fun social person. We'll need your help with the daily routine of our kite club, based in a superb hotel in front of the Ocean.
  
  We have 2 roles:
  
  K1. KITE SCHOOL FRONT OFFICE: For this position, we prefer autonomous kitesurfers. You will be in charge of planning the kite lessons, payments, welcoming the new students, preparing their gear, etc. This mission is for someone willing to stay at least 2 months.
  
  K2. BEACH BOY/GIRL: welcome our kitesurfer community, and help the kite instructors, you will keep the club and the spot tidy, landing and launching kites, and eventually also liven up our social media... 1-month minimum.
  
  > ALL YEAR ROUND: SURF & YOGA CAMP
  
  S1. YOU'RE A YOGA TEACHER We need a yoga teacher to offer a one-hour yoga lesson per day to our guests and the local community in our hotel studio. Add a little help to maintain a nice and tidy atmosphere at the hotel. Socialize with our guests.
  
  S2. YOU'RE A SEO EXPERT / PHOTOGRAPHER / OR A PAINT ARTIST: If you're an expert in one of those fields, we may need you too.

  We offer private (or semi-private) rooms, nice and comfortable for K1, and K2, a 40% discount on our kite lessons (USD 40 / hour), or free kite gear for independent riders. You can also use our surfboard and Stand-up Paddle, and get special discounts doing other activities like diving, whale-watching, surf lessons, etc.

  On your time off, you can go surfing, do yoga, fishing, and snorkeling in the morning. At night you usually gather with other surf & kite fellows and other friends for the sunset, dinner, and sometimes later on for the party.
