Hello travellers!
We would love one or two people (this would ideally suit a couple) to help us with some outdoor work - water blasting, gardening, inside spring cleaning, dinner preparation and looking after pets.
Dates:
From now until Dec 20th
From Dec 20th - Jan 2nd - House/petsitting only
From Jan 2nd - 10th
You will stay in a separate downstairs flat and have it to yourselves. The flat is completely self-contained. (for the above housesitting dates, you will have to buy your food and do your cooking & just look after the pets!).
We are a relaxed Kiwi family - Myself and my son (18 yrs old) live upstairs and my Mum lives downstairs, so you will be staying in her place - she is away the whole time.
We really enjoy traveling and meeting people from other countries, and we love keeping the travel vibe going! We have hosted many Workawayers over the years and have also been on the other side when we traveled through Canada/USA/Alaska, we were workaway volunteers ourselves and loved it!

We are a relaxed 'Kiwi' family and have traveled the world - we are always interested in other cultures and sharing travel stories. We are born & bred Aucklanders so know all the best places! We can help with trip planning around NZ as well - passionate about our beautiful home country.
We will be away a bit over this time - so it won't be as much of a cultural experience but a good time to check out Auckland and good for those wanting space to themselves.

We are 15 mins (without traffic!) to downtown Auckland but live in a suburb with lots of trees and native bush. It's a great base to explore Auckland City. There is a good bus service at the top of our road (1km @10min walk) into the city - We can give you lots of 'local' tips on where to go and what to do.

Yes we have good, fast and unlimited wifi. A desk place to work so great for a digital nomad!
