  from jan to april is full of guesthouse looking for young workaway🙏
  My house is a private good place to be in peace and in contact with Nature.
  No internet connection if you don't provide by yourself with data sim card (because this is a private house, not a business place/resort)

  I have 4 cats and 4 dogs, 2 goats.
  Unfortunally They often try to sleep in our room 😻..so be patient

  Keep clean all around the house, burn leaves, water the garden, and sometimes planting
  (I love work in the garden, but is a little dangerous for me because I am allergic to insect bites)

  care about garden, feed the animals, keep the house clean, clean goat/chicken house ,that means clean💩too

  Workaway candidates sought:
  - Couple with experience as a house sitter, capable of maintaining a Thai home, preferably with previous experience in Thailand or in the Asian monsoon climate in the tropical countryside.
  - Not afraid of insects and snakes, accustomed to caring for animals, plants, and the garden, and able to organize tasks and solve problems on their own.
  - Able to conserve water and electricity and able to handle high humidity -
  Able to ride a scooter on wet off-road trails
  Very young people with no experience in repairs and troubleshooting, please do not apply 🙏
  From May to October it will be the rainy season, no meetings, so apply only if you are smart and motivated (most restaurants will be closed, including bars, and no parties, only a few Thai and Burmese places)
  Minimum 2 weeks, minimum 2 people, and for a house sitter, 1 month is better.
  
  IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT KO PHAYAM
  📌Dont confuse it with the famous
  Ko phangan(is another island)
  💰 Bring cash because ATM is often out of money or service...and commission very high
  💳 Just few places accept credit card, only cash
  💻 In the last years Internet is working around all islands with any Thai sim card/company but I have not Wi-Fi at home.
  So you must provide to have your own data sim, could start from around 200 bth/6 eur for month if you don't buy a tourist sim in BKK airport.
  🛵 We have no car on the island, only motorbike and you can rent your own scooter.
  sometimes my friend has one cheaper, and sometimes I can get discount for you so advise me in advance if you need.

  In the last years we have (from a private company) water and electricity, but please, you must care and try to save as much as possible, because we often run out of water on the island and electricity price/unit is 10 times higher than mainland.

  Rainy season from May to December can have high humidity, heavy rain, electric short cut.
  Only few bars and restaurants open.

  I was an Italian barman/chef so I am expert in cooking,and sometimes I love to prepare handmade food
  In the last years I started to produce my own salami and product that I miss in the island, cheese/salami/pickled etc. )
  Only In the right time of season, depending the weather(need to dry )
  
  Now I dedicate my time to renew the house using natural materials and create Art products , with fluid painting , bamboo, wood, and recicling artcraft.. and try to produce my own food more is possible but is not easy because weather is extrem here,6 month of strong rain and 6 months without 1 drop of rain..
  My house is a good place to be in peace and in contact with Nature.

  it's a private tipical Thai house, wood and concrete,site at 300m from the road,so little bit isolated..
  People from outside and weed smokers are absolutely not allowed, you can easy smoke when you are on the beach or in rasta bar..weed is again not legal 100℅
  
  I like to work with eco material that we can find on the land,bamboo,wood,soil.
  .. help depending on your interest, actitud and experience..

  Workaway have 1 big sharing room(like in a dormitory) in independent ground floor with 2 sleeping room , 2 double bed, mosquito net,fan, toilet shower
  Kitchen outside and all garden around. Depending how many workaway apply you can have your indipent space or you have to share with others 1 or 2 people(the 2 room are separate with courtains )
  ⚔️Sorry no outside guests because is a private thai home.

  Ko Phayam, Ranong province.
  - Get to Ranong and take slow boat from tai tek,200 bath (2 hours trip)
  or better speed boat from ko Phayam pier 350 bath(45min.) --Songtaew-taxi available from Ranong bus station/city market/airport to the pier 20/50/100 bth.
  -rent a scooter on the island is raccomended
  The island is very wild and beautiful natural spot,for surfing, walking, cycling, fishing , hornbill bird watching..and play guitar on the beach
  very local Thai style life.
  No 7/11 in the island,only small local shops
