  My name is Yop, 29 years old/young, living in Bad Bentheim, Germany. The languages I speak are Dutch, German and English. I'm an open-minded person and love to share my knowledge and experiences with other people. The same goes the other way, I love to learn about other cultures, things, random facts and about you. I like to cook, go into nature, ride my motorcycle, work, being creative and explore new things.
  
  If you want to see Germany and/or The Netherlands through the eyes of a local and want to learn more about the culture and history, then I would love to help you with that.
  
  Where I live:
  Bad Bentheim is an old town close to the Netherlands(15 minutes). It has a cool old defensive castle (that is open for tourists) and many places to go have nice dinner. If you wanna have nice small walk, then you can go to the park at the feet of the castle. There are plenty of supermarkets and there is easy acces to public transport. You can go to the famous historical city Münster or travel to the nearby Dutch city Enschede. Also there are many place to find calmness and peace in nature.
  There is sooo much more to do around, so just ask me:)
  
  The place itself:
  A house with a small workplace next to it.

  The house is located in the small Industrial area in the south of Bad Bentheim. At daytime it is not very noisy, some trucks and cars driving by. In the evening after 17:00 there is total peace.

  I can tell(or show) you about the history of my area and show you many nice (cultural) places in the Netherlands or Germany.
  
  I'm self-employed since when I was 14 and I love to talk about my business/work experiences. I did many things like, working on a diary farm, worked at a webshop, did gardening, making patios, build up my own successful business, worked for a rental company and a technical parts wholesale company.

  Ayuda

  You will help around the house and garden(making a driveway and decorate the garden), help inside the workplace with various tasks. The work inside would be painting house inside, clean, washing a car or paint an utility van. You will help/assist me with nice easy jobs. There is no pressure or 'have to'. Everything is chill and discussable.
  
  The work is suitable for everybody.
  
  **The main work is outside helping in the garden and general things around the house/place!
  No business work, purely privately. **

  Alojamiento

  You have your own place upstairs in the warehouse. It has a 120cm wide bed and the place itself has a window for fresh air. The place is around 16m2 big. Accessible with stairs. The toilet and bathroom(shower )are downstairs and is shared with me. The kitchen, dinner place and the fireplace are in the house and we share it. The garden is accessible through that space too.
  
  You can borrow a bicycle of me for the time you stay. There is a place to make a small fire outside and to host parties. (It's an industrial area, so no noise limits)
  
  Breakfast lunch and dinner:
  I'm new to this, so I don't know yet how it will look like.. But I guess having food together would be cool. I'm open to eat vegan or vegetarian. If you have allergies, no problem. We will find a way. I eat everything, but I'll try to buy local and eat as healthy as possible(bio and/or no processed food)

  Wednesday and Saturdays are my working days, I will be away from home early (05:30).And I will be back at 17:00. You can join me to work and come home with me(Münster, Germany).
  
  No smoking inside
  No pets/animals
  Please keep things clean and tidy.
  No dirty shoes in the house(in the workplace and your own accommodation it is okay)
  The property has camera surveillance outside and is monitored by me.
  
  There is a train station 10 min(by bicycle) away from me.
