I'm Maria.
We stay in a country house near Patra, surrounded by nature, 10 minutes of Patras center. We love peaceful homes in the countryside so much! If you want to live, relax or work remotely in a nice place and love dogs and cats, you may consider read this.
Minimum stay: 1 month
You will stay in a caravan in the yard.
IMPORTANT: Ιt is required to love dogs, cats and animals generally! PLEASE don't contact us if you are only searching a house to stay. We need and accept friendly people who really want to connect with our pets and they don't mind staying with them also inside the house!
Experience with dogs will be highly appreciated!

Basically, we are looking for an animal lover , so if you are seeing yourself staying somewhere peaceful and hang out with dogs and cats, this is your calling from the universe!
We are looking for reliable 25-50 years of age, for at least one month, a very trust-worthy person taking care of the house and our pets.
As we need to feel totally secure with anyone who stays in our home either in our presence or absence, those interested in my offer would need to meet each other by video calls in advance.

We are looking for a strong —both mentally and physically—aged 25–50, who will share our property with us. Most of the days we are home but some times we suddenly must leave the house for some days or taking some scheduled holidays. Those days we will need you to not leave the property and be there to keep up with the house and the pets. That includes feeding them twice per day and take care of their well-being like playing with them or give them some attention and keeping an eye on them.
When we are not home, you can use our house to be more comfortable or you can just keep use your caravan and yard, doing your things! This doesn’t mean you can’t leave the property at all, but you should be there most of the time.
Additional tasks (whether we’re home or away): maintain the garden free of dog mess and poo-poos, sometimes cleaning the yard generally or occasionally, depending on our needs and the time of year, help with yard projects or general maintenance.
When we are at home, you won’t feed the dogs, except sometimes when we can’t. The additional tasks will stay the same.
Either way, we truly appreciate people who love spending time with our dogs, joining our family life and feeling at home with us:)

Alojamiento
The house is among nature with some orange trees, 1.000 square meters, in about 100 meter from the sea, (Not the best beach, but at least there is a sea:)) with no other houses very close to it.
You will stay in a caravan in the yard. Close to the house, but still just far enough to enjoy your privacy. It can accommodate max 2 people.
Since it’s a country house, you’ll need a driver’s license if you plan to bring your own car or motorbike. If not, you can borrow ours, depending on your needs (we can discuss this further). Everything you might need—groceries, coffee, and more—is only a 2-minute walk away. There’s also a bus and a train that can take you to the city center in about 10–15 minutes, depending on where you’re going,
Very quiet house , we hear only birds and dogs, so be expecting dogs to bark and play !
In the yard, we have some furniture to relax, under some orange trees.

-We need someone who doesn’t need a strict quiet or sleep schedule. This is a dog-friendly home, so you’ll hear dogs barking and playing. On the other hand, we also appreciate silence, so you’ll enjoy a good mix of lively moments and peaceful quiet.
-Someone who can confidently run the show while we’re away and is communicative, keeping us updated on everything.
Dog-handling experience will be a big plus!
The house-sitter would cover their own expenses like personal expenses and food (you can prepare your own meals and drinks to your own kitchen at the caravan.
We love sharing meals—happy to share ours when we cook, and excited to try yours if you feel like sharing :)
Important:
1.We would prefer someone independent who enjoys their own space. This way, we can enjoy each other’s company while still having our own privacy. We appreciate people who are clean and comfortable living with animals.
2.Minimum stay: 1 month
Extra info: There’s room for a garden and flowers but we’re clueless about gardening—feel free to take it on and start your own project!
