We are a small Family Guesthouse in Patagonia, San Martin de los Andes, 7 Lake District,

We are now living 11 years in Argentina, we love the life here, the nature (surrounded by National Parks and volcanos).
So we would like you to join us, letting you know the friendly Argentineans. You will see how it is to run a Family-Guesthouse. I can show every part of it, booking-engines, Marketing, Website, recepcion, cleaning, personal attention, making homemade bread, making the guests feel good. My daughters speak perfect Spanish (I´m good, but not perfect) so you can learn Spanish with them and interacting with the guests you learn even more. San Martin de los Andes offer a lot of activities. Hiking, Skiing, Snowboarding, Kayaking, Rafting, Horseriding, Paragliding, Fishing, Sailing, Mountainbiking, Canopy, Rock-Climbing Indoor and Outdoor.

We welcome in our family peolpe who like to help where ever help is needed. Cleaning rooms, floors, windows gardening (a lot of leaves to clean in atumn), ironing, taking care of my children and our dog and cat a view hours, teaching my daughters in GERMAN, they are 8 and 13, receiving guests when it is a complicated day, landscaping, painting wood....I´m a single mum and sometimes it would be nice when I could go to the cinema or meet with a friend, so to have someone living with us would be much easier to organize. I offer free accomodation and meals for those who are willing to work 4-5 hours a day. We really want the person to feel part of the family. If you learned gardening or housekeeping or electrician or carpenter or German-/Englishteacher or you are experienced in turism or your teaching a music- Instrument, driver-licence, it will be more interesting for us.

We had a great workaway week in Melanie guesthouse.
Mainly Outdoors tasks for us, the place is unique, peaceful, and really beautiful ( & Raspberries )
plus we had great company during outdoor work with Paula which is not always helpful but everytime so kind :)
