  We are a small group of semi-retired business owners who also work on-line. We are in the early stages of creating a conscious sustainable community and are looking for volunteer support to help with the gardens, and marketing our retreat center.   We currently have 6 part-time local paid staff who you would be working with. 3 are housekeeping and 3 on gardening and maintenance.

  We are a quiet location approximately 30 minute drive from the nearest town. We live in an area of Costa Rica which is rich in culture. Some of Costa Rica's most sought after attractions are within a 90 minute drive. Your visit will allow you to interact with our workers in spanish and give you easy access to various cultural attractions in the area. Our site has abundant wildlife and bird sitings are common - including Toucans, Mot mots, Capuchin Monkeys, Armadillos, River Otters and Cavees. This is an ideal location for someone looking to unplug from the hectic life and relax. We also have weekly community pot luck diners where you can get to know the other community members.

  Alojamiento

  You would be given a private King Bedroom with private ensuite with access to a shared kitchen. the Bedroom is configured as a split King and can either be set up as 2 XL twins or a King bed. So friends could also share. this is work for rent reduction.
  
  Work-aways have access to either a private or shared kitchen and can prepare their own food. We do community meals (pot luck) at least once per week.

  We also have a community pool which would be close to your room that is a spa-grade freshwater ozonated and ionized pool. It has significant health benefits.
