Discover our small residential complex, a kind of little oasis in the suburbs of the capital Asunción (13 km to the new city center - a ride with bus, Uber or Bolt is cheap over here). It is a small residential complex with rental properties, a pool, a large quincho and a large garden.
The location is ideal for experiencing the city life of Asunción and then being able to rest well in the peace and quiet. With the fast internet here, you can easily stay connected.
The accommodation for the workaways is either a bungalow that is modernly furnished, also has a desk and is overall cozy or by high occupation with guests it might be a sleeping room with bathroom in the same house and shared kitchen with the bungalow.
Here with us, depending on tenant occupancy, you can become part of a nice community. Your workaway adventure can be with us, where nature and work come together and every day is a new chance for inspiration with hummingbirds and exotic flowers, and depending on the season also fruit.

for the next months we are looking for someone who can professionally build some small walls. Not talking about a house, just some walls, we would like to add here and there in the garden area 😉.

We are looking for passionate gardeners who want to get involved in the peace and quiet of our garden. Duties include planting and maintaining green surroundings.
Other than gardening we usually need help with other tasks as well : It can be painting, construction, planting, cleaning the small pool, petcare...
We have animals to take care of (2 dogs and 3 cats), giving them food and taking good care of their needs so they stay healthy and happy.
We also are interested in your ideas, so please feel free to suggest projects that you could work on :)
And of course If you have a special skill that could help our business you are more the welcome!
Therefore we are also looking for people with good craftsmanship and an eye for detail who can handle small renovation jobs. This includes repairs in the garden or sometimes in the house, adjustments and the skillful use of a brush.
The options are aimed at people who enjoy transforming rooms into aesthetically pleasing oases.
We expect the volunteers to work 4 to 5 hours a day with 2 days off each week. We are really counting on you to respect that, because there is always something to do in our area!

Either a bungalow with modern furniture. It has everything you need, from the work table, to the kitchenette, to the bedroom, to cozy corners for creative thinking. There are air conditioners and fans. Or a private room with an outside private bathroom and shared kitchen with the volunteers in the bungalow.
AS we stated in our profile, we are a company (small, just the 2 of us). We provide the accommodation and the groceries for breakfast and we pay a fixed amount additional for lunch and dinner.
As we are a company, we look for people with skills of respect, sense of responsibility and independence. We do not cook for you.

Yes, we can and already do :-) _____________________________________ Mit dem schnellen Internet (Glasfaser und Wifi) hier bleibst du easy mit aller Welt verbunden. Arbeiten kannst Du im Bungalow, auf Deiner privaten Terrasse oder auch im Quincho oder an einem Platz Deiner Wahl im Garten.

Os dias com Natalie e Martin foram tranquilos e harmoniosos. Ficamos por 4 semanas com eles e nesse período fizemos 4 refeições juntos nos dias de “Time lunch”, em que uma das voluntárias cozinha algo típico do seu país.
