  About Me & My Household
  
  I am a native Italian who has embraced an international lifestyle for over 25 years, having lived, studied, and worked in the U.S., Canada, and briefly in Tanzania, as well as volunteering in Thailand through my background in international development. In 2023 and 2024, I traveled further through home exchanges and pet sitting, so I deeply understand the experience of living abroad and being a guest in someone else’s home.
  
  I share my home with my playful mixed-breed rescue dog, Nutella, and I am currently preparing to become a foster parent to welcome children into my home in the near future. My neighbors are a warm, supportive presence in my daily life, making the neighborhood feel wonderfully connected.
  
  The Home & Local Area
  We live in a modern, light-filled bungalow featuring a large garden and a private solarium. It is located in Pinar de Campoverde, a quiet and friendly international neighborhood with neighbors from across Europe.
  We are right next to the beautiful Río Seco Natural Reserve and surrounded by lemon and orange groves—a fantastic setting for peaceful walks and cycling.

  Because I am available to host and connect on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays are all about relaxing, sharing food, and enjoying local exploration. While cooking isn't my strength, I love sharing meals, so having a Workawayer who enjoys cooking and preparing food is a wonderful bonus! You’ll also meet my lovely Italian neighbors, Andreina and Riccardo, who are a regular part of the local social circle here.
  
  Pinar de Campoverde sits right at the foot of the Río Seco Natural Park—ideal for pine forest walks and limestone gorge hikes. Minutes away, Pilar de la Horadada offers blue-flag beaches like Torre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras, while nearby Murcia brings vibrant city culture, historic plazas, and regional festivals.
  
  Skills & Knowledge I Can Share
  
  Having lived across North America and Europe, I bring a global perspective to deep conversations about mindset, coaching, and personal growth. I currently work as a property manager, but my true passion lies in human rights—I previously worked in international NGO advocacy and am actively returning to that field, with a focus on women's rights and girls' education in developing countries. I’ve also volunteered in Thailand and Tanzania. I am fluent in English and Italian, speak intermediate Spanish, and am happy to exchange language skills and travel stories.
  
  Hosting is all about mutual exchange. I look forward to hearing your life stories, learning about your culture and traditions, discovering new recipes you love to cook, and sharing fresh perspectives over weekend meals and outings.

  The Help Needed
  
  We will be working together as a team on outdoor projects to keep the home and garden looking their best, along with help with meal prep and household tasks. I value helpers who are clean, organized, reliable, and take pride in the skills and work they can contribute.
  
  Primary Tasks:
  
  Garden & Outdoor Care: Weeding, planting, and maintaining the garden together.
  
  Exterior Maintenance: Power-washing patio areas, sweeping, and general outdoor care.
  
  Healthy Meal Prep: Taking the lead on preparing simple, healthy vegetarian or vegan meals (a true help and joy for our home!).
  
  Dog Care: Walking Nutella on her daily outings (she is playful, energetic, and a great partner for active walkers or runners!).
  
  House Rules & Lifestyle Alignment:
  
  Strictly Smoke-Free & Alcohol-Free: I live a clean, healthy lifestyle and do not smoke or drink alcohol. I am looking for Workawayers who share these values. There is a strict policy of no smoking of any kind and no alcohol allowed on the property at any time.
  
  Mindful Space: We keep a tidy, organized, and tranquil environment where everyone respects quiet hours and personal space.

  You will have your own private, bright, and comfortable bedroom equipped with a double bed, clean linens, bedside tables, and a dedicated wooden desk with a leather chair—perfect for reading, writing, or remote work. The room gets plenty of natural light and looks out onto the garden green.
  You will also have access to your own private, modern bathroom featuring a walk-in glass rainfall shower and clean amenities.
  
  Food & Kitchen
  
  I will supply all the ingredients and groceries, and in exchange, I look for Workawayers who love cooking and preparing meals! On weekends, we can enjoy sharing these home-cooked dishes together, as well as taking turns or collaborating in the kitchen.

  Meet Nutella 🐾
  Nutella is a high-energy, playful mixed-breed dog who loves human company! She needs to be walked twice a day and is a fantastic companion for runners. Workawayers must be active and dog-friendly, as she is an energetic part of the household.
