  I'm Lora (37) and British and my partner's Marco (45), from Milan...together we run an organic eco-agriturismo in the middle of the rolling Pisan hills.The building is a restored ancient farmhouse situated in the stunning Pisan hills, tucked underneath the medieval village of Santa Luce, amongst ancient olive groves in a nature reserve; we have 5 suites and a glamping tent. We have a big kitchen garden and a working farm (dogs, sheep, cows, poultry of all kinds etc.). We are basically self sufficient and spend the summers working very hard on the farm so that we can travel in the winter.

  We are situated in an area of Tuscany which hasn't yet been discovered by mainstream tourism, which means pace and quiet and an authentic Tuscan atmosphere with no hustle or bustle...guests can really appreciate the pace nature dictates! The local medival villages (Santa Luce, Riparbella, Montescudaio, Terriciola, Volterra) are breathtaking and the countryside and villages are almost exactly as they have always been, people live at the same pace as 60 years ago and tradition is still a fundamental, making the local area the perfect place to have a very rich experience.

  Ayuda

  We are looking for people (a couple would be perfect!!) who want to spend at least a few months in Italy. There are so many things to do here and would love to find people willing to help out with our friendly farm animals, the vegetable patch, the garden,helping with the cleaning of the rooms and the laundry and also any general maintainance.

  You'd be in the middle of Tuscany so there's not really much to add about things to do!we are less than 1km from a small, beautiful village with every basic amenity and it's 15 minutes from the beautiful Etruscan coast and it's gorgeous beaches and near to all the main tourist attractions Tuscany has to offer...Pisa 30minutes, Livorno 30minutes, Casciana Terme 15 minutes, Volterra 30 minutes, Florence 40minutes, San Gimignano 45minutes. Locally there are loads of treks and it's brilliant cycling country....and of course when we go out (very often to the sea to go spearfishing) you can jump in our car and explore the area.
