I am the owner and manager of a small short term rentals in a beach front condominium in Western Puerto Rico. The apartment is on a pointe that overlooks a beautiful beach caressed by the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea. Its condominium is complete with fresh water pool.

Travelers will benefit from the vast research library in a wide range of inspiring themes that is hosted in the apartment, they will benefit from the nearby Caribbean beach, clean ocean, and condominium fresh water pool. They will also benefit from getting to know Western Puerto Rico, a hybrid culture rich with many natural resources, and with Taino, Spanish, and American legacies.

I typically need help managing the site and the business in the months when i am there, usually the dry season. Help might include moving furniture, cleaning up and eliminating old items, sending packages, carrying boxes up and down two flights of stairs. Overall, its fairly mild as the business site is small.

Alojamiento
The available accommodation is a guest space in the living room, with a queen size futon complete with night table, multiple shelves, and a reading nook. Also available is the nearby verandah overlooking the ocean. Travelers will also have access to the apartment's kitchen and bathroom, which they will share with the host. The host will provide quality vegetarian food. Some of the meals will be taken together, some at different times. Travelers will have a shelf in the fridge fr their special comfort food.

The host is a finely educated writer, filmmaker, scholar, and educator. She is a world traveler fluent in four languages. She is knowledgeable and current in many topics related to culture, ecology, and relatedness. She is always interested in getting to know new adventurous people and in exploring new perspectives and viewpoints.
