My home in Shangrila is a space where diverse cultures and people converge. It is a simple and beautiful site that combines accommodation, natural therapies, activities and nature. I am an Educator and Facilitator in Health. I use various tools to help others in their own way: Aromatherapy, Floral Therapy, Gestalt, and Archetypes are part of my passion and everyday life. I am trained to teach and I will gladly do it if you want to learn. I am also part of an ecological community in the Sierras de Rocha, recognized as a Nature Reserve and dedicated among other activities to preserve fauna and flora. Together with me you will have the possibility of knowing it, participating in it and experiencing it.
Mi hogar en Shangrila es un sitio sencillo y bonito que combina naturaleza, actividad y terapias naturales.
Soy Educadora y Facilitadora en Salud. Integro diversas herramientas: Aromaterapia, Terapia Floral, Gestal y Arquetipos, son parte de mi pasión y cotidiano.
Estoy capacitada para enseñar y gustosamente lo haré si quieres aprender.
Asimismo formo parte de una Comunidad ecológica en las Sierras de Rocha, reconocida como Reserva Natural.
Es mi meta, en un futuro, vivir en aquel entorno y estilo de vida .

Comfortable mini-apartment located five minutes from the airport, very close to the access routes to the East and near Montevideo. We also enjoy very close to the musical and artistic movement. The mini apartment where you will stay has mezzanine, private bathroom, 2 single beds, minibar, stove and air conditioning
Para alojarte contamos con un confortable mini-apartamento. Estamos ubicados a cinco minutos del Aeropuerto, muy cerca a los accesos de las rutas hacia el Este; y el acceso a Montevideo es facil y directo. Todo lo necesario para el cotidiano se encuentra a pasos.
Es un barrio jardín y suburbano; un entorno tranquilo y de naturaleza.
La cercanía de la playa, los paseos costeros, la movida musical y artistica; y la rapidez conque se accede a los centros comerciales; hacen de este sitio, un sitio ideal para alojarse y disfrutar.
El mini-apartamento donde te alojarás lo compartirás con otros huéspedes temporarios.
Cuenta con entrepiso, baño completo, 2 camas individuales, minicocina con frigobar, anafe y lo necesario para cocinar.
La comida corre por cuenta de los voluntarios. Hay un lindo espacio para cocinar y donde manejar sus horarios libremente.
Parque de Carrasco (Shangrila) is a neighborhood that has everything at hand. It makes you want to walk its streets, get to the National Park, walk along the coast and be part of the movement that has the coastal walk. Nearby are pubs and restaurants, several of them highly recommended.
Parque de Carrasco (Shangrila) es un barrio que tiene todo a mano. Da ganas de recorrer sus calles, llegar hasta el Parque Nacional, pasear por la costa y ser parte del movimiento que tiene el paseo costero. En la esquina contamos con rotisería, supermercado, puesto de frutas y verduras, quesería, pescadería, ferretería.
A unas cuadras pasan los ómnibus de linea locales y hacia Montevideo, y también interdepartamentales hacia el Este. A pocas cuadras también está la rambla costanera con ciclo vía y estaciones deportivas. Muy cerca se encuentran otros comercios, así como pubs y restoranes, varios de ellos muy recomendables.
