  I used to be a Workawayer myself, now renovating old settlement myself and hosting volunteers in my own land near the Lithuanian border.
  
  Old settlement in the countryside, hopefully workshops and social space in the near future.

  It is sooo quiet there, usually much cooler than in the cities in the summer, stars are visible at night and the sky in the daytime.
  There are so many wild animals living around - you might see them if your are lucky and quiet :)
  
  A big lake and the border nearby (2km to Lithuania), small and unique town 10km away - Sejny. You usually barely see any people while staying there. Many possibilities to use your manual skills and be with nature.
  
  Perfect place to rest your soul from any human stimuli - neighbours are distant and non bothering, no flatmates, only occasional cars appearing on the road :)
  
  Be ready for any kind of animal flatmates tho, they do kind of posses this place atm more than I do.

  Ayuda

  Mainly yard annual tasks, like lawn mowing, raking, collecting branches from fallen trees etc, although if you are skilled with plumbing or house renovating, I could also use your help - I am trying to fix as much as I can on my own around the house. Plus, there is still a big project going on - segregating all the antient clutter which the previous owner has left in the barn :D

  You would be on your own here most of the time, as I live and work atm in Suwałki, 40km away.
  
  Lots of space for tents and campervans, some space in the old wooden stable, although it is a bit cluttered at the moment and could need some cleaning beforehand.
  
  House is also optional as your bedroom - you could sleep in the living room, although it's also a common space in daytime if there are other people spending the night.

  At the moment it would be ideal for me if you take responsibility of putting only 2 hours of your daily time for me, and organise your own meals. I can host you and offer wood for heating up the house, gas, water and electricity:)
  
  It's quite important for me that you tend to stay sober while visiting my place, much appreciated, thank you, kisses!
  
  Place is located in beautifull surroundings of lakes, hills and forrests.
  
  Unfortunatelly, there are again no buses reaching the neighbourhood atm, so would be best to come with your own car - I can lend you a bike to use tho.
  
  Your free time activities in the area could include discovering cycling or rollerscating routes, kayaking, sailing, swimming, sauning, looking at cows and crows, chasing cranes, dears or foxes, picking wild flowers, herbs or fruits (raspberries, black berries, wild apples and plums and many more during the season) or whatever your imagination leads you to.
  
  Border with Lithuania is just behind the corner if you feel like having a daily trip abroad, the nearest towns (Suwalki, Augustow, Olecko and Sejny) offer variety of cultural events such as art exhibitions, concerts, sport events or visiting the local shopping center.

  Decently working internet networks here are limited, please consider it if you need internet on the daily basis. Plus and Orange get the best range from my experience.

  Espacio para aparcar autocaravanas

  There is plenty of space to park campervans on the yard. You can sleep in your own campervan and just use the house kitchen and bathroom if you wish.

  Podría aceptar mascotas

  I don't mind, just please mind - I got a cat allergy and hope that you can keep the space clean from the animal fur. There is also no fence around the property, and the neighbourhood dogs tend to wander freely. Please, consider the safety of your animals.
