Immerse yourself in life with an Irish family. Learn about our culture and way of life through English while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Kinsale and Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way.
We are a warm & genuine Irish family. We live in one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland and enjoy making the most of our surroundings. We enjoy swimming, water sports, cooking and good company. We have three boys who love all sports. We are mostly seeking help around our household and garden in exchange for a stay with our family. Organisers, gardeners, piano teachers or football coaches will be very welcome.
While we are new to Workaway, we do have experience hosting international travellers and we have made some amazing friends for life. It will be our pleasure to introduce you to Irish culture, language, cuisine, music and heritage.
We would be delighted to exchange language skills with you. We speak English at home but can also teach you some Irish language. We also speak some Spanish and French so can help with translating.
We are keen on watersports and have kayaks and surf boards available for use.

We have a lovely house with a sunny garden in a residential part of the town. You will have your own double bedroom, bathroom and wifi. Our home is strictly non smoking.
Kinsale is one of Ireland's most beautiful towns and at the gateway to the Wild Atlantic Way. A picturesque fishing village on the south-west coast of Ireland famous for its harbour, winding streets, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries and crafts. Kinsale is an ideal spot for sailing, surfing, beach, cliff walks, gourmet restaurants, castles and golf. Only 20 minutes from Cork airport and with a regular bus service to Cork city and West Cork, makes this a perfect base for touring Ireland.
