  Descripción

  We are a family living in La Gomera, Canary Islands.
  We are developing our life long dream project which involves trying to revive our land and transform it into an edible forest. We´re interested in permaculture and sustainability.
  We have three donkeys, a beautiful dog, and some trees and plants as well as two wonderful grown up children.
  We live in a small village of farmers 15 minutes drive from the ocean, we have a beautiful piece of land with overwhelming views.
  Up to this moment we have been concentrating on building our house and raising our children. Now is the moment to concentrate on the land, which is a challenge in our area since there is not a lot of water.
  
  Apart from that Izik is an artist, a painter and a sculptor and I started a new and exciting project, designing clothes and producing them in Senegal which is just around the corner.

  Staying with us travelers can enjoy getting to know our beautiful Island, La Gomera, its culture and amazing nature.
  We can share our knowledge such as, building dry stone walls in the traditional local way and more knowledge that we have accumulated during our years living in a rural community.
  La Gomera is has incredible landscape it is a paradise for those who love nature and walking . Our beaches are wild and beautiful and the weather is sunny and warm almost through out the whole year.

  Ayuda

  We are looking for people who have knowledge about water solutions, we need help in building dry stone walls which is something we can teach. help in planting, fencing, irrigation systems, taking care of animals, go for walks with our donkeys and we are open to hear creative ideas.
  We are also interested in people who are good in building websites, marketing online, branding.
  People who can teach sewing and cutting and french teachers.

  La Gomera is full of natural attractions, there are beautiful tracks every step you go.
  We have a very special national park, called Parque Garajonay.
  The view from our house is overwhelming, incredible sunsets, very quite surroundings.

  We live in Alajero, the southern, warmer side of the Island. It is 20 minutes by car from the closest beaches.
