  Looking for long term experienced female childcare for our two little boys, montessori/kindergarden/early childhood
  
  Hello,
  We are a family of 4 looking for childcare for our two small boys in exchange for a room and food in our large friendly family home. We have two boys aged 2 and 3.5 years old. They are very friendly and very energetic. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed workaway to join our home.
  
  We are a close family who enjoy spending time together. We enjoy a wholesome and healthy lifestyle with plenty of home-cooking/baking and many home based family interests like gardening, crafts and being outdoors. We have a parrot and two very affectionate bulldogs.
  
  We live in a small village in the heart of the beautiful countryside near the Burren National Park in the West of Ireland, 20 minutes from a top surf location. If you are adventurous, sociable and outgoing, like the outdoors and travel you will find our area a really good spot. There is so much to do and see and so many places to go with a little planning.

  We love to chat and are very happy to help integrate our workaway into the traditions and culture in our area. We have both worked in hospitality and tourism and we live in a very touristy location with many attractions

  Our two boys are very communicative, they both talk and learn quickly. They spend their time playing together with toys and in the garden or on the trampoline. They are very energetic and love activity and directed playtime. We are looking for someone who truly loves spending their time with children, preferably a childcare professional who can organise a daily schedule for a few hours each day to suit the needs of both aged children and take good care of our boys in our home while we manage work and daily tasks. They are close in age being 2 years old and 3.5 (almost 4 years old) so they require a lot of attention and a genuine experience and love of spending time with children. They warm very quickly to anyone who is fun and outgoing and warm with them, and they are great fun in return.
  
  We need a workawayer to form a connection with them, arrange stimulating and fun activities for them several days per week. Whomever works with us must have a very good understanding of what it takes to mind children of this age and care for their needs both emotionally and practically.
  
  We also require some help around the house cleaning and tidying up which as anyone who has worked with kids knows is inseparable from the job, along with some cooking and food preparation.

  We live in a large 5 bedroom house with a garden. Our home is situated in an estate in a small traditional Irish village.
  We have a double bedroom for our workaway guest.

  There is local transport available in our village that runs on a somewhat minimal yet workable schedule. We both drive so we are regularly out and about to local towns and cities if lifts are needed. A large bus and train station is 25 minutes away by car or commuter bus from where you can travel all around the country.
  In good weather from Spring onward there is a lot to do and see around here. Many beautiful and natural landscapes, Irish tourist spots and Irish pubs and music along with outdoor activities and surfing. A bus journey away are cities with arts and culture.
