Our colony, S G Enclave Phase 1, is a very peaceful and reputed residential colony of Amritsar city. We have adjoining walls with The Millenium School, which is a very well known school and an important landmark of this area.
I can accommodate 2 volunteers, in a basement large size public/ shared room with an access to a cold shower bath cum western commode . Hot water for bathing can be taken from the geyser in the kitchen .Mattress, sheets, pillow, bed ,bedding, blanket etc will be provided. Workawayers are advised to keep their things safe whose locking responsibility will rest with the workawayers themselves. Workawayers are advised not to keep more than 1000 Rupees( one thousand rupees) on their person.
I am requesting volunteers with interest in sharing / learning languages , yoga, meditation, massage and and holistic therapy skills, to join us and share and / or learn these skills .
Amritsar , Punjab is a very famous tourist destination and gateway to Himachal Famous tourist places of Himachal like Dharmshala, Dalhousie, Shimla , Manali etc are easily approachable from Amritsar. Normal working timings are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., on weekdays.it is expected that workawayers will not use mobiles during working hours , unless in emergency. sometimes, timings might sound strict like an ashram type of norms, but it would be appreciated that being a part of a family house, certain rules are necessary.
