My parents are both in their 80's and would like some help with tasks such as cooking and preparing meals, feeding the dogs, very light housework (they also have a house keeper), keeping my Mum company and supervising her especially at night time as she is a risk for falling.
Mum and Dad have day time carers who will look after their care needs as well as a house keeper who cleans the house. Mum is recovering from a broken ankle and is due to transition home from the hospital, her mobility can be an issue so she would require some help with this. Mum and Dad are both independent people so it is mostly a presence in the house that we are looking for - someone who will chat with Mum while she is up, keep her company and make sure that she gets back to bed safely.

You will be living just outside Kildare town - very close to Kildare Village Outlet Centre, The National Stud, Japanese Gardens, and bus or train services to cities such as Dublin, Kilkenny and Waterford.

You will have access to a private bedroom with your own private living room, office space and kitchenette. There is a private toilet available to you via the office as well as a shared en-suite for showering. You are also welcome to use the main kitchen for preparing or eating your meals.
