  Descripción

  We are Franc and Marco, a gay couple from the Netherlands who few years ago found its dream home under the Spanish sun within orange fields, breathtaking views and farm animals in a campo next to Picassent and Monserrat only 25min away from Valencia town.
  
  Our vision here is to create a center of consciousness where people can rest from the fast-paced life outside.
  
  We have a guesthouse where we often have guests who come for rest and personal growth. We provide personal retreats and treatments such as Reiki and singing bowls.
  
  We will take care of all activities here ourselves. A workawayers will never needs to help with cleaning or maintenance of spaces used by paying guests. Workwayers will not be helping with any aspect of your business.
  
  
  In addition, we would like to open the doors of our house to receive volunteers (couples, two friends or individual travelers) from any background who would like to help us with the work listed below.

  Enjoy life at our villa located in a peaceful environment with beautiful views to Valencia, Albufera and the sea.
  You’ll have access to the spacious gardens, various terraces in sun and shade and of course our large renovated swimming pool with saltwater. Better for your skin and for the environment.

  Ayuda

  If you want to work with us, you must love and respect nature. After all, many farm animals are part of our family here. Sustainability is also important. Once we agree on the tasks you'll be required to perform during your stay, we'll give you the flexibility and trust to manage them independently. It's therefore important that you genuinely help and don't require constant supervision.
  
  Your responsibilities:
  For the coming period, we're looking for someone to help us gain a presence on social media. We're not quite proficient at this, but we know there's a lot of potential there to reach an audience. We're primarily looking for help creating content and navigating the necessary systems. A marketing background would be ideal.
  
  Creating audiovisual content: photographers and videographers are welcome!
  
  Recycling: collecting plastic bottles that people unfortunately throw away near our property. We've been urging the neighborhood and the government to do this since we moved, but so far without success. That's why we're doing it ourselves now, and we'd love your help!
  
  We also have a very large garden, which is always busy. This can be a nice change of pace from our other activities.

  We have Spanish lessons, but don't speak Spanish fluent. The collaboration could be interesting for us as well as a Spanish speaking helper who wants to learn English. A Win-win situation. And ofcource we speak Dutch fluenty!

  Alojamiento

  In exchange for your help, you will receive free accommodation in a large, comfortable caravan in a beautiful spot under the trees and close to our animals. In the house you have a renovated bathroom that you usually only have for yourself. There is a huge open kitchen with everything needed for your stay and also our casita, a cottage next to the main house that we use for meditation and reiki sessions and that you can also use as a living room. We also have different levels, gardens and terraces, so that there is always a private area available to you.
  Please note that all of these areas will occasionally be shared with other guests and with us, so cleanliness and respectful manners are important!
  
  We like to eat the hot main meal with you every day, which we usually eat around 3:00 PM. We ensure that there is enough food in the house for the other meals which you can take whenever you want.

  We live in the countryside, literally between the orange fields. The nearest public transport is in Picassent, where today you can reach the center of Valencia within 30 minutes
  
  We recommend having a car
  
  For sporty people, it is easy to cycle to Picassent metro station. We know a great rental bike in Valencia that offer long-term rentals!
  
  However, if necessary, we can give you a ride to the metro station.

  we have very good internet connection in the villa, as we also work in home office and we have many spaces indoor and outdoor for you to work comfortably.

  We accept pets as long as they get adapted to the animals living here, especially to the 3 cats who walk freely.
