Solo traveler, Independent, conscientious, trustworthy, respectful, thoughtful, well rounded as I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. I enjoy jumping in where is needed. I will always go beyond of what is asked or expected. I possess the gift of common sense, not as common as most think. I come with real world references and experiences. Traveling the world is about connecting with amazing souls and hopefully making some lasting connections is how I approach traveling.

Born in British Guyana, but grew up in New York City, and now embracing the world as my true home. My background includes advertising, stage producing, playwright and director on Broadway to Lincoln Center and smaller stages. Have managed events from weddings to banquets for politicians, movie/video shoots to taking art to small communities, both in New York City and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Recently TEFL certified to tech English. Working a book about my travels and how it affected my life.

My professional background includes, but not limited to; advertising, photography, video editing, events planning, stage producing/directing, writing. Exchange experiences include; Spain; Malaga, Gran Canaria and Valencia, and South of France. I've assisted management with events, and jumped in even as manager as needed, including multiple roles. I've been blessed to work with some of the best people who truly understood it's all about an experience both for the guests and the traveling workers. Some of the most rewarding have been assisting management at Hostels in Bucharest, Romania and Vieques Puerto Rico.

When approaching you for an exchange, I am aware of my talents, as I will bring a great work ethic, life experience, a positive attitude with a mindset of learning more about our world, myself and others. But more importantly connecting with positive souls while adding to my already expansive global family.

Communication is key from our initial interaction here. It will speak volumes. I also trust my gut when choosing a Workaway host. If you're interviewing me, I'm also interviewing you, as it is a 2 way experience.
