Help me with some DIY projects on my 100 yr old house in Branxton, NSW, Australia

  I am an older widow. Looking for help in various ways to help renovate my 100 yr old house. I live in a small county town. 10 minutes from the Hunter Valley vineyards. 40 min from Newcastle city beaches etc. 2 hours from Sydney.
  
  I run a rental in the old shop attached to the house and thought it would be a great spot to host travellers. It is self contained accommodation. Kitchen/ bathroom/bedroom own entry. It’s a walk from Branxton train station.
  Also has a bus stop at the front door 😉

  The area was established in the early 1800 s and has a lot of history and historical buildings.
  
  The vineyards are all around me. Which might also lead to further work for travellers.
  
  I myself am well travelled and would enjoy the company of people from anywhere in the world.

  I would love anyone who can do internal plaster work. The old walls need lots of tlc. Or paint work. The house needs painting inside and outside.
  
  Also I don’t have a huge garden. However there always seem to be work to do in it if that suits anyone.

  I would be offering my Airbnb rental as accommodation. It is a queen bed. So only good for a couple. Or two friends who don’t mind sharing.
  
  I would have to go around existing Airbnb bookings. So it might only be 3/5 nights a week stay. The flat it fully furnished with linen etc. Fully equipped kitchen/bathroom /lounge tv. Bedroom own entry. Street parking.
  
  Re food they could choose to cook their own meals as well as share dinners with me!!

  If the travellers have no transport there is a local bus stop at my front door. Also a five minute walk to Branxton train station. Which will get them west to singleton east to Maitland and Newcastle. Then on to Sydney.
  
  Branxton is a small country town with a great country pub you can walk to from the house.
  
  The vineyard areas have loads of restaurants bars etc a little expensive Sydney prices.
  
  I am retired and live a fairly quiet existence. However I am happy if young people want to go out and party.
  
  I enjoy all art and craft. I paint watercolours. Sew. Embroidering. Beading. Love my little dog Wookie.
  
  No smoking in the house.
