Hello, I am André, I am the captain of a sailboat, I am 38 years old and I have been sailing in San Blas for 11 years, I dedicate myself to tourism around the San Blas islands in Panama, a set of 365 islands. and Colombia, rosario islands, san Bernardo islands, Cartagena, Santa Marta, Tairona Park. I live with my dog on my sailboat and in my free time I usually explore the islands and do activities like fishing, diving, kitesurfing and playing with my dog to pass the time.

It is important not to have dietary restrictions, since much of the food is seafood and to have a separate diet for the the volunteer is quite complicated on a boat.
