A great attitude is the most important job requirement. Being helpful, considerate, responsible, clean,
and organized are also desired. If you can't do the little things, like make your bed for example, how can
you expect to do the big things? My wife and I mainly need a helping hand with yard maintenance and
housework. No skills required. Pretty simple right? No stress, no worries, just fun days helping each
other and keeping on top of things.
We have a large home in Hawera and that we need help with. The
work load is generally about 4+ hours per day. In exchange for meals, accommodation, and one of the
best times of your life!
I'm an American and my wife is English. We look forward to exchanging and sharing our cultural
differences with you. We have guests from all walks of life. Wouldn't it be boring if we were all the same? We love our four, small house dogs and hope you will too! We enjoy giving them a good life, along with our three pet sheep and all the wild birds anxiously waiting each morning for their daily snacks.
We encourage a positive, cheerful attitude and willingness to adhere to our high standards. Start time is 10am. The work load will vary dependent on daily chores. After completing what is needed we invite you to relax and enjoy your moments with us and
make it your home while you're here, hopefully enjoying the outdoor shower, spa, and
sunroom as much as we do.
Mt Taranaki is a stunning region and will truly be one of the highlights of your journey throughout N.Z.
The coastal walks are spectacular and the various mountain treks are amazing! The center of Hawera is
about a 20 minute walk from our home, offering a few delightful local attractions. A bicycle is available if
you'd like to explore further.
Clothing is always an option in the garden, spa, sunroom, and beyond! We want you to feel safe and comfortable and encourage you to enjoy this serene, picturesque, and nurturing environment.

I am an American by birth but enjoy dual citizenship with New Zealand. My wife is from England. We've lived in N.Z. for decades and feel it's our home on most days. We look forward to exchanging stories, ideas, recipes and future travel plans as we've been pretty much 'everywhere' in N.Z. at least once.
Ajuda
Help in maintaining two properties in Hawera and Opunake. Mowing lawns, trimming, planting, weeding, painting and various other exterior help. Inside would be cleaning and helping in the kitchen and cleaning up after meals:)
We're allergic to children :) so you won't have to be concerned with child care. We value our adult household.

My time with these two wonderful people was really nice. Christina is such a sweet heart and always asked if I had enough food (no worries about that, you'll never starve). And Kelly is a crazy old man who become a kind of grandpa for me.
