  Hello, I'm Uschi. 🙋‍♀️
  I built a small house here in Spain, near Denia. That was my last art project and it’s still not finished . The property is 10,000 square meters with a beautiful view towards the mountains. Its 5 km from the sea and the sandy beaches. The rocky coast is about 10 km away for diving or snorkeling.
  
  There is also a green residential container on my property, for you, while you are here, renovated with a new wooden floor, new painted walls , all around refreshed .
  It has 2 doors and 2 windows, a single bed with a moscato net, shelves, shower and sink, a toilet that unfortunately is not connected yet. There is cold shower water, unless the hose is heated by the sun. That is usually the case.😃👍🏼
  There also is a small outdoor kitchen with a 2 flame gas stove and a refrigerator. So you can create your own meals and sometimes , not on a regular basis, we can cook something together. As we feel like , so to say 😀🙏🏼
  
  There is no electricity, apart from solar lamps and a solar cell where you can charge your cell phone, etc. Don't forget a good flashlight!
  If you prefer your own tent, you are also welcome to put it up here to live in . If you have a camper van, you can park it for the time you are here.
  Your own bicycle, motorbike or car would be useful , since the next supermarket is 3 km away . There are rarely buses that can take you to the beach, market or anywhere else .
  
  My 2 donkeys - Bonito and Bambina - are living here as well and enjoy going for a walk together with us sometimes .
  
  Since there is always a lot to do in the garden, I would be happy to have some help. 1,5-2 hours a day , clearing herbs, watering, cutting wood. Free overnight stay in the container. Meals are not included.
  
  I am an artist and started to create a garden with future artistic highlights here and there. Little sculptures and stuff….. Well, that will take a while. Create something out of old dry tree roots and branches or paint them, create paths...:etc. The unused land is still overgrown like a jungle (the donkeys help to clean) and there are many design options. I planted many fruit trees and there are also old orange trees and a fig tree.
  
  I have traveled a lot around the world, lived on the island of Bali for many years and in Los Angeles, California, Hawaii, Australia and Asia.
  I also have been an Astanga yoga teacher and we can practice some yoga together.
  
  Because I love animals, I don't eat meat.

  Hallo, ich bin Uschi. 🙋🏼‍♀️
  In den letzten 2 Jahren 2022-2024 habe ich ein kleines Haus hier in Spanien, in der Nähe von Denia, im neumexikanischen Stil gebaut. Das Grundstück habe ich schon vor 12 Jahren gekauft und viele Bäume gepflanzt, die inzwischen gut gewachsen sind . Es ist 10.000qm groß , 5km weg vom Meer und den Sandstränden . Die Felsenküste ist ca 10 km weit weg zum Tauchen oder Schnorcheln. Auf meinem Grundstück steht ausserdem noch ein grüner Wohncontainer für Dich, während Du hier bist. Gut isoliert, mit 2 Türen und 2 Fenstern, Einzelbett, Regalen, Dusche und Waschbecken, einer Toilette, die leider bislang nicht angeschlossen werden konnte.. Es gibt nur kaltes Dusch Wasser, es sei denn der Schlauch ist von der Sonne aufgeheizt. Meistens ist das so.😃👍🏼
  Ich habe den Container
  (Greenhouse) mit einem neuen Holzfußboden ausgestattet , die Wände neu gestrichen und alles aufgefrischt. Es ist sehr gemütlich geworden.
  Es gibt eine kleine Aussenküche mit Gasherd (2 Flammen), sowie einem Außen Kühlschrank beim Haupthaus. Also -ich koche nicht so gern und vor allem nicht regelmäßig. Du musst selbst einkaufen und Dir Deine Mahlzeiten selbst zubereiten . Ein Kühlschrank und Gasherd sind da .
  
  Strom ist nicht da, ausser Solarlämpchen und einer Solarzelle, wo man Handy usw aufladen kann. Eine gute Taschenlampe nicht vergessen! Sehr hilfreich!
  
  2 Esel -Bonito und Bambina wohnen auch mit auf dem Grundstück. .Sie haben ihren eigenen Unterstand. Sie freuen sich immer über einen Spaziergang zusammen.
  
  Da es immer einiges zu tun gibt im Garten, freue ich mich auf ein wenig Hilfe . 1,5-2 Std am Tag bei freier Übernachtung im Wohncontainer oder in Deinem eigenen Wohnmobli.
  Ein Auto solltest Du hier schon haben oder Moped oder Fahrrad. Es gibt wenig Busse , die Dich zum Strand, Markt oder sonstwo hinbringen können.
  
  Ich bin Künstlerin und habe vor , einen künstlerischen Garten , zu kreieren. Aus alten trockenen Baumwurzeln und Ästen etwas bauen oder sie bemalen , Wege erschaffen ……:usw. Das unbenutzte Land ist noch wie ein Djungel zugewachsen
  (die Esel helfen dabei die Wege frei zu fressen). Aber es gibt viele Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten.
  
  Zu mir:
  Ich bin viel in der Welt gereist, habe auf der Insel Bali viele Jahre gelebt und in Los Angeles, California. , Hawaii, Australien und Asien. Ausserdem war ich Astanga Yogalehrerin und wir könnten Yoga zusammen praktizieren.
  Habe 2 erwachsene Kinder und 2 kleine Enkelsöhne.
  
  Weil ich Tiere auch sehr gern habe, esse ich kein Fleisch.

  The nearby town, 5km from Denia, has a lot of culture to offer. For example, see the old castle from the 12th century.
  The ferries continue to the Balearic Islands from Denia harbor.
  The Spanish mountain villages nearby are also very beautiful and interesting. Colorful hustle and bustle at the markets and flea markets offer a lot of variety.
  
  Die Stadt in der Nähe, 5km nach Denia, hat viel Kultur zu bieten. Z.B. die alte Burg aus dem 12ten Jhrd. anschauen.
  Vom Deniahafen aus gehen die Fähren weiter auf die balearischen Inseln.
  Auch die spanischen Bergdörfer in der Nähe sind sehr schön und interessant . Buntes Treiben auf den Märkten und Flohmärkten bieten viel Abwechslung.

  Cutting grass, helping to design the garden. There is still so much missing and so much can be done. You can see it for yourself. Some old trees need to be cleared of blackberries. And maybe saw down old, dried-out trees. Plant herbs. Water the garden. Look after donkeys. We'll see what needs to be done.:)
  
  Gras schneiden, Mitgestaltung des Gartens Es fehlt noch so viel und es kann so viel gemacht werden. Man kann es selbst sehen. Einige alte Bäume müssen von Brombeeren frei geschnitten werden. Und vielleicht auch alte vertrocknete Bäume absägen. Kräuter anpflanzen. Garten wässern. Unkraut jäten, die Esel betreuen. Wir werden sehen, was zu tun ist.:)

  Alojamiento

  In a very nice, insulated living container, nestled in the landscape, very close to the main house! It has a covered terrace. There is a single bed, private shower with sink.
  
  In einem sehr schönen isolierten Wohncontainer, der eingebettet in der Landschaft steht ganz in der Nähe vom Haupthaus! Er hat eine überdachte Terrasse. Es gibt ein Einzelbett, eigene Dusche mit Waschbecken.

  There is a lot to do here. In addition to beaches and the sea, the town of Denia offers an old castle from the 12th century, lots of history, restaurants, bars and a marina.
  Public transport is rather difficult. To get from village to village you need a moped, car or bicycle.
  
  The backland here in the mountains is also very nice to explore with its Spanish villages and stalactite caves.
  
  Es gibt hier einiges zu unternehmen. Nebst Stränden und Meer bietet das Städtchen Denia eine alte Burg aus dem 12. Jahrh. , viel Geschichte, Restaurants, Bars und einen Yachthafen.
  Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind eher schwierig. Um von Dorf zu Dorf zu kommen braucht man schon ein Moped oder Auto oder Fahrrad.
  
  Das Hinterland hier in den Bergen ist auch sehr schön zu erkunden mit seinen spanischen Dörfern und Tropfsteinhöhlen.
