As much as food water and shelter are essentials for life,,,so too is relationship.,, opportunities to cultivate on this exchange,cultural knowledge ,traditions and experiences is a two way process,whereby we learn from and about each other.
I have fifty years experience working with my hands in trades, crafts,healing and growing food.
You can learn how to co-create with the land,,,drainage,,preparation, planting,, feeding,, harvesting,,preserving,,seed/herb saving,, eating n drinking...
Willow hazel and birch are coppiced
for making various simple creations..
Plant and watch trees grow-birds n bees arrive-habitats form-fruit appear and vegetables pop out of the ground!

I wish to open home and gardens to folks with some hands on experience and the willingness to learn how to,live,help others and be as independent as possible.
Your help will be welcome in sharing the day to day running of the home,, fetching water from the spring,picking produce,,cooking and cleaning up.
In the garden,seasonal tasks
involves preparing land,planting/sowing,harvesting ,preserving and maintenance.Landscaping and tree planting is ongoing.
. You don't have to be skilled or experienced,, there's plenty to learn and do,,as well as doing ,,absolutely, nothing!!! but being in the moment?
I'm willing to listen to ideas that you may have for the project too.

I have been a work away volunteer in Morocco ,where I enjoyed learning basic Arabic, I can help you with English,,and I have basic french
Acomodação
A three roomed house,, with a bedroom for two sharing is available. As work progresses more space will be available.There's no electricity ,phone or Internet.,,!.A compost toilet with washbasin, and a heated bath in the garden,,a stream a river and a lake,,as you want,!
Cooking is on a range ,, gas hob ,or by fire outside.,with produce form the garden. :)and local products
Food can be prepared for all diets.

By foot or by bicycle you can explore the locality where there's much to find,,and I have a minibus that I use to collect you,,visit family and friends in Galway and Westport ,we can use this and explore some of Connemara.,,and seek out some good live music.!
I have six children and eight grandchildren that are the core of my life,and give me great motivation and inspiration.
I live alone most of the time and enjoy the peace and solitude,so if you too are like minded we are off to a good start!
Phone coverage is available three km away,and wifi eight km.

He is an independent person with a skill set,,tenacity,,and ability to learn/work alone,to complete a variety of,,building,gardening,and repair jobs.
