Description
This is a hostel located in Cali, Colombia. Our main idea is to knock the idea that backpacking should be uncomfortable, dirty, full of bad things. Here we center our business in the idea of giving our fellow traveler a nice stay providing the best attention, comfty beds and rooms, spacious social áreas and a friendly environment

You will have the opportunity to interact with local and international travelers. Practicing your spanish, english or any language you want to talk. Also you can learn how to dance salsa and spanish in our free lessons, also join some guests into different cultural activities in the city. We will require you to stay at least 3 weeks in your volunteer here. We also are very open to ideas: Wanna make some activity to help your stay? We will support you and help you do it!
FREE BREAKFAST and a great kitchen that you can use, discount in restaurants in the area and more.
Aide
Mainly you will have to help in the front desk of the hostel, welcoming the travelers, doing the check-in, helping the guests with info about the city. We have some other positions, like helping our bartender with the computer, register consumptions, make games and activities with the guests. Also guiding the guests to different activities we have in the city.
All tools and training will be provided by us, so you can always be fully aware of them. Good English and little Spanish is a must.

I volunteered here for three weeks and loved it! Work was easy and had plenty of free time to enjoy Cali, learn salsa and bachata. Lovely guests and other volunteers so felt like a family whilst I was there. Staff were so friendly and made my time even more enjoyable, would definitely recommend if you're looking to stay in Cali for a while!

Highly recommend this volunteering. Spent a great and crazy time. No, honestly, it became a bit of a family, the hours of work are not high and still you get a lot of benefits. This is the perfect hostel for volunteering. I had a lot of fun behind the bar and learned to mix cocktails. The atmosphere is very harmonic and it took me one day to feel absolutely home. I enjoyed the social contact with the other volunteers and the guests. You meet every day backpackers who are very open minded and friendly.

Very nice experience in Cali. Perfect hostel to enjoy the warm vibe of the salsa city, to meet people and to dance a lot, especially if you wanna practice salsa.

Me fue solo para dos semana, peroo muy intensiva.. El equipo tienes una energia muy positiva, gracias a todos, yo fue a discubrir la capital de la salsa como un colombiano!

I stayed here for almost 3 weeks and loved it! The work is very easy, the hostel is nice with a big kitchen, and I had a lot of fun with the other volunteers going out salsa dancing most nights and cooking food together. It was a really nice atmosphere!

Nos pasamos unos dias en el hostel hermosos! Tanto Kelly y Jose como todos los voluntarios nos trataron de la mejor manera y logramos hacer buenos amigos.

She left and we haven't stop missing the sweet Bender. Never had our thing so organized! She really care about every little thing she has to do. And her personality is amazing! We miss her smile around the hostel!

I spent two weeks volunteering at this hostel and I had to force myself to leave. Jose and Kelly set such a high standard for workaway hosts, they genuinely care for their volunteers. I left with a new family! Jose and Kelly thank you so much for having me, you run a beautiful hostel!

Pablito es una excelente persona. Ojalá la vida nos vuelva a cruzar porque definitivamente es una persona que nos gustaría volver a ver. Nos ayudó bastante, y siempre pensamos que se quedo muy poco tiempo. Aún lo extrañamos hoy y quisiéramos que regrese. Nos ayudó mucho con sus responsabilidades durante su voluntariado.

L'auberge est super bien équipée et très bien située.
