Hello, my name is Max.
I´m currently in my sabbatical. I cycled North America and now i have time left to work and travel around get new experiences, new friends and broaden my horizons.
I like to be with people, to get new experiences, open my mind, to do something with my hands...
storytelling, camp fires, listening and playing music, to be outside, cultural exchange makes my life brighter...
learning.. teaching... to do something together makes life worthy

Quais são suas habilidades?

I'm a civil engineer and work in the field of water management, environmental and flood protection.
I can do a lot of things around the house and garden and DIY.projects from digging til wet painiting (pruning, cutting (smaller) trees, mowing lawns, scythe grass, harvesting vegetables and fruits, planting trees, do wood work like sanding, cutting, sometimes i build shelves etc..). I'm not afraid to get dirty hands or sweaty. I'm a fast learner and open to be teached if i do not know something... even if i'm not a professional i do a good job in many cases.
Also I'm reliable, responsible, friendly, social, open minded, respectful, can work on my own, find solutions for challenges... ... ...

I have 2 kids. They are 20 and 23 years old. In did my gap year in a kindergarden and i had some practical trainings like Triple P (positive parenting program) and several sport programs (coach for preventive sports and related topics).
I passed my last first aid exam 1 year ago and I have a little own business as a cycling guide.

During my 6month cycling across North America 2025 (sabbatical) i realized my main goal about travelling: to be with people. To get to know them, to come familiar to them. I stayed with a lot of different warmshowers and it was such a good experience.
I also heard about workaway from one of these warmshowers hosts.
I think i'm easy to handle.
