I just finished my study exchange in Colombia and now I want to travel through some countries in a way where I really get to know places, families, cultures. I do not like to switch from places as soon that I have seen them. I think that workaway is a beautiful experience to learn and help other people. I have volunteered a little before but never through workaway: In Brussels with learning dutch and making food for people new in our country. In Colombia as a french teacher in a school.
I am a very happy and adventurous person that loves to see the world. I am very social , extraverted and creative. I study peace and conflict studies at Uppsala University. I am half Swedish, half Belgian; I grew up in Brussels but have been living in different countries such as Sweden, Spain and Colombia.

I have always been interested in studying new languages and I am therefore also open to teach my languages. I have some experiences with teaching dutch and french.

Quais são suas habilidades?
I study peace and conflict studies at Uppsala University (it is like political science but with a diplomatic focus). I love international politics and would love to work with it one day. In september I start my last year of my bachelor. In sweden I also work at the reception of a hotel. I have had different other student jobs like working in restaurant & bar, working for a gardening company, fotographer, working at festivals, babysitting and 2 different volunteer projects.
This semester (since january 2023, I have been on a study exchange in Bogota studying 'ciencia politica, enfoque paz y conflicto' at the Javeriana). I speak Dutch, Swedish, French, Spanish and English. I could teach the languages that I speak to other people.
In a normal day, I love to talk about live with people, taking beers, going to museums and be in the nature.

I am very excited to see a new country! I like climbing, rowing and I do play the trumpets. For me a best type of night is talking with some people about life, listening to music and drinking some wine.
I also want to mention that I do not really smoke, I am more like a occasional smoker.
