Originally from Poland, I moved to the UK at 16 and have been pursuing life's adventures, big and small, ever since.

I've never subscribed to the idea of a career, but instead value a heartfelt service. Over the past three decades I've worked in many roles - an English teacher, interpreter, pub manager, and for the past 15 years, a charity accountant for a global NGO. In that time my partner & I also raised a family, built a campervan and enjoyed a lot of camping & adventure travel with friends and family. But mostly I learned a lot about myself. In my spare time I love to learn new things, get to know people, share activities such as crafting, diy, upcycling and anything really to do with organising & creating cozy living spaces, preferably close to nature. Recently I left the UK to start the next chapter in my life, hoping to live more simply and connect more fully with myself and others. I'm fascinated by how people and systems work and especially how we, as a society, provide for our basic needs. I feel drawn to holistic health therapies and alternative ways of living, where people can feel fulfilled and nurtured. Community living and tiny houses are of particular interest.

Currently I'm learning about evolutionary astrology and looking to study transpersonal psychology and NVC (non-violent communication) in the coming months.
I'm excited to see where life leads me next - I'd love to combine my love for travel & learning and hopefully build meaningful connections along the way.

I used to speak a bit of German but seem to have forgotten it through lack of use. I'd love to learn it again if an opportunity arises. I also used to teach English in Poland & Japan. I'd need a refresher but would be open to teaching again.
