Hi! I'm someone who enjoys connecting with people, nature, and new experiences. I'm passionate about music, yoga, and spending time outdoors, especially anywhere near the ocean, mountains, and waterfalls.

Creative expression is something I love to play with. Painting, poetry, and crafts make me feel alive and at peace.

I enjoy helping out in any way I can, whether it's gardening, getting involved in construction, or other hands-on projects. I'm always happy to have a go, apply myself, and learn new skills along the way.

Being part of a team and contributing to meaningful projects is something I truly value. For me, Workaway is an opportunity to grow, share, and experience life through new perspectives.

I’m friendly and open, and I also really value clear communication, respectful boundaries, and having some personal space when needed. I’m very comfortable spending time on my own as well as connecting with others, and I thrive in environments that support both independence and mutual respect.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I’m a trained yoga teacher, holistic therapist, and sound therapy practitioner, and I’m always happy to share these skills with others. I have experience teaching yoga in various retreat settings and offering treatments such as massage and sound healing as part of holistic wellness programs.

Through Workaway and other volunteering roles, I’ve developed a wide range of practical skills:

Retreat Support – I’ve volunteered at a yoga retreat in Thailand where I assisted with gardening, cooking, and teaching yoga. In the UK, I volunteered at a retreat centre where I offered treatments, taught yoga, and helped maintain the cleanliness of the yurts and household.

Animal Care – I have experience working at a donkey sanctuary, helping care for the animals and engaging with visitors and the public.

Hosting & Coordination – While living in Portugal, I was a Workaway host, welcoming volunteers to help with harvesting, land maintenance, and construction. I was also involved in organising retreats, caretaking the land, and supporting community childcare.

Construction & Labouring – I’ve helped with building and maintenance projects, assisting with labouring tasks during construction and general upkeep of land and property.

I’m a grounded, reliable, and creative person who values connection, contribution, and growth. I bring a balance of spiritual practice, practical skill, and warm-hearted teamwork to every opportunity.

Outside of volunteering and work, I enjoy a variety of activities that keep me balanced and inspired. I love playing games and most activites, I'm always up for trying something new.
I think it’s a great way to connect and have fun. I try not to take life too seriously and enjoy being playful whenever I can.

I also enjoy listening to podcasts and watching series, especially anything comedy related.

My hobbies include walking, hiking, exercising, and generally staying active. I’m always working on being the best version of myself, both physically and mentally.
