Hello! My name’s Lois and I’m a 28 year old from the UK. I left the UK in 2023 and have spent the past 2 years living and working in Canada.
I spent 3 months travelling and volunteering in Mexico last year, and now I am exploring more of Central America; so far I’ve been to Guatemala, Roatan and Providencia.
I love meeting new people and exploring different cultures :)

I had a wonderful week in Black Creek with Melanie, Jared and little Flora.
Melanie and Jared are such warm and open people that even though I was only there for a week, I was really made to feel part of the family.

What a wonderful workaway experience!
Karen and Ryan are such warm and generous people and they made me feel at home right away. The communication was great throughout and the tasks were simple and well-explained. Lois was an absolute joy to host for a couple of weeks here on the Sunshine Coast! She is an amazing vegetarian cook—creative, thoughtful, and consistently delicious. Her meals were a true highlight during her stay. Beyond that, Lois was incredibly helpful around the house and garden, always pitching in wherever needed and taking initiative with a… read more

Charlotte and Ryan were the most incredible hosts! They were so warm and welcoming and made me feel right at home. I stayed with them for a week and cooked dinner on 5 of the nights and helped out with some light work in the garden, so I had lots of time to explore Niagara Falls and the surrounding areas.
