We are two enthusiastic friends who are looking for a new learning experience over the summer. We are open to learn, to help and to grow as a person. Our goal is to broaden our world view, practice our spanish speaking skills and be a part of community life.

We are both currently learning spanish, which we would like to practice through our stay. We are both fluent in english, so we can help master the language. Hungarian is very hard to learn, but trying is always fun, so we are open to teaching it, or learning about other challenging languages.

Quais são suas habilidades?

Kata has experience in teaching gymnastics, which has given her great social skills and patience.
Luca on the other hand has experience in planning and organising english lessons for small groups of children which she's been doing for the past year. She also volunteered in a nomad summer camp for children for the past years. Here she taught outdoor skills, helped with cooking, building the camp, and held drama and theatre programs for the kids.
We both volunteered for multiple weeks working with physically or mentally challanged kids.
We are coming from Waldorf education, therefore, we know a lot about arts, theatre and community life. We are constantly doing art projects like drawing, painting, and working with clay and wood.
We both spent more than a month in spain travelling with Erasmus so we learnt how to adapt quickly, respect the culture and create connections with local people.

Luca: I love picking wildflowers, reading thought-provoking books, playing cards, hiking, playing with children, and most importantly trying out new things and learning every day. I'm really interested in the topic of education and how we could improve it, and I'm trying to approach everything with an open mind. I love to journal, to paint, to dance and to write poetry. With these I can express myself through art, and focus on self improvement.
