we - my hasband, 2 boys and I - had a great stay here. My only complaint was that it was too short! Sadly we couldn't stay for long but Pip and John were very welcoming, and their home is just delightful.
The work was fine - and we could fit it in around the boys. We were given tasks suited to our skills and left to get on with it, allowed to

Pip was away for some of our stay but was great at communicating and very friendly, and John was just lovely. We cooked meals from their amazing stock of food (home-reared meat and veg from their gardens) and John was very complimentary! We ate like kings!
We were sad to leave - and wish we could have stayed longer 😍Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

Staying with Pip, John, and Misty was our first Workaway in NZ and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Our tasks consisted of: washing Pip's car, pruning, plowing a small plot of land, weeding, lots of weed-whacking, saw-dusting over pathways, mending holes in fences or netting, picking various fruits, and helping with dinner prep and clean-up. The
… read more room upstairs is big and chock full of books which we loved, the bathroom was clean and rest of the house is very welcoming and homey. Dinner always had lots of veggies from the garden and Pip even made a plum tart one night that was AMAZING. She even let us tag along on her trip to the movies and to a storytelling about the history of bees. We enjoyed our week and are thankful Pip responded to our semi-last minute request :) Thank you again and hope the beekeeping is going well!Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

Yvonne and I were thrilled with our stay with Pip and John. Dion, a long-term Woofer was there too. Dion is a wonderful man who loves people and has heaps to offer those of us in the Workaway program. John is hard of hearing so it's important to speak loudly and include him in conversation. Pip gave us tasks to do that suited us well and we got

We had an upstairs room to ourselves and shared a bath with Dion which was no problem at all. We shared meals and stories at the dinner table and they let us cook for them on a couple of occasions. Pip taught Yvonne to make cheese and she planted onions and I repaired her chicken coup, installed an oven and cleared some land for bee hives. We found it hard to say goodbye after our all too short week with them.Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

Elisa and Matteo were great - worked hard and always did an excellent job. We had fun with their English but got there in the end!
