I can help with cooking nourishing meals and taking care of pets and animals. As well as just generally helping around the house.
I'm also interested in art projects and I can help you to discover art therapy for yourself. I can be a good listener and supportive companion. I am also a graphic designer so I'd be happy to help with any design or marketing projects you have.
