My name is Amelia. I am a shiatsu practitioner, yoga lover, art and crafts enthusiast with lots of experience in professional care work field and social and environment justice. I was born in London and have lived in Melbourne for the last 25 years, where I was blessed to mother three children. I recently left Australia to return home to my mother and brother and to further my exploration of what I can offer in my life.. Most recently for the last three years I was working in public hospitals in Australia as part of the Spiritual Care Team, offering support to those experiencing grief and at the end of life. Prior to that I worked for 10 years as a special needs carer. I have also trained as a yoga teacher, and have a conflict resource graduate diploma, a masters degree in History of Art, a librarian (information management) qualification and two year training in Shiatsu acupressure massage. I continue to work as a shiatsu practitioner. Yoga, creativity (painting and writing) , meditation and connecting with people is what makes me very happy. I like being in groups and sharing. And working towards the goals of peace and presence and love. I enjoy quiet and I also love music and chanting. . I am spiritually open and have studied many perspectives in my work with people in hospitals. I enjoy to eat a vegan diet and enjoy drinking tea. . And that’s me! 🌷

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have worked on organic farms as a volunteer many times over the years and have lots of enthusiasm and experience about gardening, including permaculture and biodynamics. My passion is respectfully supporting people , children and especially people with special needs. I have reasonable digital skills and strong writing and design skills from a period working as a journalist. I have strong artistic skills because I love art and craft. I have taught as a volunteer English teacher in Pakistan when I was 24. I love vegetarian cooking and have lots of knowledge of how to make vegan food. I am able to offer good listening skills and am used to working in a team.
