Hi. my name is Pete. I’m a musician, nature lover, distiller. I have a (huge) beautiful garden right on the Hawkesbury River, only one hour north of Sydney by train, on Dangar Island. Our unique community is water access only. I have my own boat and a public ferry operates regularly. The cabin accommodation is in the garden itself, with shared kitchen and bathroom, and a cool outdoor fireplace. The terraced gardens are amazing. I am a musician and would love the opportunity to play music with visitors. Most of the work will be in the garden with a project to repair the jetty as well.

Cabin in the garden with a lift bedroom. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Your host is an excellent cook, with much of the produce from the garden itself and the river right out the front.

Dangar Island is one hour north of Sydney by train. You can walk around the island, eat at the little bowling club, or cafe on the water. Beautiful walks in stunning Australian bush, with caves and waterfalls.
