  Olá, we are Ivana and Valentin, originally from Portugal and Switzerland, our dream is to create a sacred place to recharge, renew and recreate ones inner world.
  
  We search for a win-win situation where you can help us to create a beautiful new reality of living and growing together as a self-sustainable community. The Land itself and our lifestyle and daily routine will already help to nourish your inner seed so it can flourish and blossom in the light of the Sun and enlighten your whole being and life.
  
  Our number one criteria to welcome you in our project is: a strong and persistent motivation to work on your self, 2nd: initiative and will to learn, 3rd: Self responsibility. We focus on nature based inner healing and believe that connecting with nature is the purest way to deepen our spiritual awareness.
  
  We're situated on an old farm with beautiful, classic Portuguese architecture about a 30 minute walk or short bus ride from the center of Monchique.
  
  Come for a time and exhale your past, arrive in the now, and breathe in your abundant future.

  Ajuda

  We`re looking for volunteers that are interested in using their green thumb and making our gardens flourish, help in the kitchen with cooking, and/or putting their DYI skills to use throughout the facilities.
  
  Our needs change with the season so we are looking for flexibility, especially if you are visiting during the changing climate.

  Acomodação

  Accommodation is in tent on our property. It will be your own space and includes cooking facilities, a compost toilet, and a natural pool. There is no electricity in the tent but there is a station with USB portals for charging near the tent. The bathhouse is equipped with power outlets that can be used as well.
  
  Since there is no electricity in the tent, it is advised to be prepared for the weather depending on the season you volunteer with us. That being said, this is the following weather by season:
  
  Summer: June- August Very hot & dry
  Fall: September-October The most ideal time to visit as it is warm and dry
  Winter: November - February Cooler and (Hopefully) Rainy
  Spring: March - May Rainy with Fluctuating Temperatures
  
  We are a substance free space and strictly vegetarian. Please make sure these are things you are happy to adhere to when staying with us.
  
  The following are general principles that we live by:

  We ask that all guests live as close to nature as possible. Rise and sleep based on the sun, as little external stimulation through electronic devices as possible, and no loud music.
