Hi all, my name is Ken and I live in Phayao, Thailand. I am currently working with local schools here, hoping to help students learn English. I believe that to build English skills, learners need the chance to use the language every day.
Unfortunately, Phayao is a small province and there are not many foreigners living here. This results in a lack of opportunities for local kids to practice English. That is why I want to create an opportunity for local students to meet you and learn with you.
This isn't just an opportunity for the students—it is also a great chance for you to get to know a beautiful, authentic province like Phayao. I look forward to meeting you!

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our educational family in the beautiful province of Phayao, Northern Thailand. Our mission is to provide local students with the opportunity to interact with foreigners and improve their English skills in a fun, natural way.
We are situated in a peaceful area known for its authentic culture, the stunning Phayao Lake (Kwan Phayao), and friendly locals. This is "Unseen Thailand"—perfect for people who want to escape the busy tourist crowds of Bangkok or Chiang Mai.
We offer two distinct opportunities:
1.SHORT-STAY (1-4 WEEKS)
The "Cultural Visitor": This is perfect for travelers passing through who want a deeper connection with the community.
The Task: Your main role is to bring fun. You will visit local schools to observe classes, join in on activities, play games with the children, and simply help them build confidence speaking English.
The Vibe: Relaxed cultural exchange.
2.LONG-STAY (1 YEAR+)
The "Dedicated Teacher" (Long-Stay: 1 Year minimum) This is for those looking to settle down and truly make an impact.
The Task: You will be a full-time teacher for Kindergarten to Primary students (Monday–Friday). This requires commitment, preparation, and a love for teaching.
The Perk: This is a paid position with full legal support (Visa/Work Permit).
We are looking for proactive, smiling, and open-minded people. You don't need to be a certified teacher for the short stay, just willing to share your language and culture!
