  Hello! We are Jackson & Jeanelle and live on a small hobby farm just out of Toodyay, WA - a beautiful little town with lots to see and do around!
  There is plenty formal employment and cash-in-hand jobs available in the area which we encourage you to take on for extra cashflow as long as you're meeting the agreed time for accomdation/food exchange with our family.
  
  We’re a FIFO family with 2 kids and several animals.
  
  We love good food and keeping busy whether indoors, on the farm or out and about.
  Surrounded by native vegetation and animals, it’s a gorgeous place to live!

  We love learning about the adventures that others have had, what’s important to them, learning bits of a different languages and testing out new foods!

  Ajuda

  We’re looking for someone willing to help with day to day “life” (especially when dad is at work)
  
  We’re willing to work with you and your skillset, as long as clear expectations are set from the beginning (both ways)
  
  Many of the tasks will be shared with us, so you’ll rarely be doing anything ‘alone’ or without help.
  
  Tasks may include;
  - helping with the kiddies
  - light cleaning at the end of the day
  - caring for the animals (currently; quail, chickens and silver perch in aquaponics system)
  - firebreak and fuel load maintenance
  - cooking / meal prep
  And so on

  We’d love to learn more languages (open to any) though it’s important to us that you at least have an intermediate level of the English language so we don’t have issues in miss-communication

  Acomodação

  You’ll have access to a private bedroom inside the main house with queen bed, simple desk, bedside table and wardrobe. The bathroom is shared between yourself and the kids.
  
  As long as you maintain an average of 20 weekly ‘work’ hours, the room, food and internet would be included in your stay.

  Only main considerations for our property include;
  
  - we live solely off rainwater tanks (filtered for drinking) meaning long showers and big bathes are a no-no.
  
  - there is limited transport available other than car sharing with us for getting between the property and town or the city however there is a train that comes through should you want to use that

  We don’t have super high speeds and do sometimes have drop outs. We’re on the Telstra-Starlink network

  We have a private, dedicated space for campers/motorhomes though you’d need to be fully set up with a generator for power and waste management unless you intend on using the main house for personal hygiene needs.

  Pets are welcome as long as you can guarantee they will not cause issues with wandering to other properties, chasing after domestic or native animals or be excessively noisy (eg barking all day)
