Southern Chile, about 700 Km south of Santiago:
We are a German family.
We manage a plot of land of about 50 hectares.
We run a campsite with swimming pool and guest rooms.
The rest of the site is used for animals (Cattle, horses, sheep, dogs, cats ect)
We want to offer a refuge of relaxation for the 35 Km enfernten inhabitants of the regional capital of Temuco.
Our land is idyllic. It is also located near the National Park Conguillo.
Our season is from November-March

We offer you private rooms and access to the internet.
Traffic connections are haf an hour in the next cities Temuco or Cunco.

Südchile, ca, 700 Km südlich von Santiago:
Wir sind ein deutsches Ehepaar. Wir bewirtschaften ein Parcela von ca. 50 Hektar.
Wir betreiben einen Campingplatz mit Schwimmbad und Fremdenzimmer.
Der Rest des Geländes wird Landwirtschftlich genutzt. (Rinder, Pferde, Schafe, Hunde, Katzen ect)
Wir wollen für die 35 Km enfernten Einwohner der Regionalhaupstadt Temuco ein Refugium der Enspannung und Erhohlung bieten.
Unsere Parcela liegt idyllisch. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der Nationalpark Conguillo.
Unsere Hauptsaison ist vom November- Maerz

Wir bieten jeweils private Zimmer für Einzelpersonen oder Paare und Zugang zum Internet.
Verkehrsanbindung sind 1/2-stündllich in die nächsten Städte (Temuco-Cunco) möglich.

We spent 2 amazing weeks at Elly's place ! We helped 5 hours per day and the tasks were simple (mainly cleaning and maintaining the camping site). The food was absolutely amazing ! There is a cottage specially for the workawayers and we shared breakfast and lunch with the family. Definitely recommended !

I stayed here Jan 7 - Feb 1, 2020. My stay with Elly and Werner was awesome. They have a lot of land, and it is very beautiful with lots of flowers everywhere. Elly and Werner are super chill; I caught a cold right when I arrived, and they basically let me sleep for two days. They feed you three times a day, with lunch being the main meal, cooked… read more by Elly who is a wonderful cook. The work is outdoors and can be a bit strenuous, especially if it's hot out, but it's really nothing too hard. I spent most of my 3 weeks sanding and painting. It's a bit secluded, but it's pretty easy to get to one of the nearby town a bus that passes by every half hour. The accommodation is quite comfortable; I had my own room, and there was always plenty of hot water. They have a pool which is super nice after a hot day of working. Really the only con I can think of is that they are a little unorganized -- they have a lot of projects going on and sometimes I would waste time having to look for a certain tool or walk across the property to find someone to ask a question. Another drawback is that they don't have wifi. But they let me connect to Werner hotspot to access internet every morning and evening, so I wasn't completely offgrid. But all in all, my stay here was very enjoyable and I would recommend it for anyone who wants a more tranquil workaway.

Me alojé aquí del 7 ene al 1 feb de 2020. Mi estadía con Elly y Werner fue increíble. Tienen mucho terreno y es muy precioso con muchas flores en todas las partes. Elly y Werner son súper tranquilos; Me resfrié justo cuando llegué, y me dejaron a dormir durante dos días. Te dan tres comidas al día, y el almuerzo es la comida principal, cocinada por Elly, que es una cocinera maravillosa. El trabajo es al aire libre y puede ser un poco extenuante, especialmente si hace calor, pero en realidad no es nada demasiado difícil. Pasé la mayor parte de mis 3 semanas lijando y pintando. Está un poco apartado, pero es bastante fácil llegar a un pueblo cercano por bus que pasa cada media hora. El alojamiento es bastante cómodo; Tenía mi propia habitación y siempre había mucha agua caliente. Tienen una piscina que es muy delicioso después de trabajar en el calor. Realmente, lo único en lo que puedo pensar es que están un poco desorganizados: tienen muchos proyectos en marcha y, a veces, yo perdia el tiempo teniendo que buscar una herramienta o caminar por la propiedad para encontrar a alguien para preguntarle algo. Otro inconveniente es que no tienen wifi. Pero me permitía conectarme al punto de acceso de Werner para acceder a Internet todas las mañanas y noches, por lo que no estaba completamente desconectado. Pero en general, mi estancia aquí fue muy agradable y lo recomendaría a cualquiera persona que desee un workaway más tranquilo.
