  My name is Mara and I live with my partner Daniele and our six year old son Michelangelo. We live at an altitude of 870 meters from the sea, near a chestnut wood. We are in the province of Rome, about an hour away by car. I work as an educator and I love taking care of the vegetable garden, Daniele works as a nurse and is currently also a student at the medical school. We live in wonderful, unspoiled nature, but we are not far from places of great culture (Rome is a splendid city waiting to be discovered among monuments, museums, theaters and delicious food). I work in the field of outdoor education, you will have the opportunity to get in touch with various educational realities that believe in these values and you will be able to share your passions with adults and children.
  
  Mi chiamo Mara e vivo con il mio compagno Daniele e nostro figlio Michelangelo di sei anni. Viviamo a 870 metri di altezza dal mare, vicino ad un bosco di castagni. Siamo in provincia di Roma, ad un'ora circa di auto. Io lavoro come pedagogista e amo curare l'orto e il giardino, Daniele lavora come infermiere e attualmente è anche studente presso la facoltà di medicina. Viviamo in una meravigliosa natura incontaminata, ma non siamo lontani da luoghi di grande cultura (Roma è una città splendida e tutta da scoprire tra monumenti, musei, teatri e cibo delizioso). Io lavoro nell'ambito dell'outdoor education, avrai la possibilità di entrare in contatto con variegate realtà educative che credono in questi valori e potrai condividere con adulti e bambini le tue passioni.

  You will be able to get to know the educational model of outdoor education and collaborate with these educational realities, you will be able to take a pottery course, you will be able to learn a new language, you will be able to learn how to cook typical Italian dishes, but also organic and sustainable vegetarian cuisine. You will learn to recognize and collect forest berries and local mushrooms, learn to recognize edible wild herbs, learn to make bread, pizza, gnocchi, ravioli, tagliatelle, lasagne. You will be able to travel to various parts of Italy and Germany as a guest of my relatives. You will be able to go hiking and climbing in the mountains and cultural trips to Rome.
  
  otrai conoscere il modello educativo dell'outdoor education e collaborare con queste realtà educative, potrai fare un corso di ceramica, potrai imparare una nuova lingua, potrai imparare a cucinare tipici piatti della cucina italiana, ma anche della cucina vegetariana biologica e sostenibile. Potrai imparare a riconoscere e raccogliere bacche di bosco e funghi locali, imparare a riconoscere le erbe selvatiche commestibili, imparare a fare il pane, la pizza, gli gnocchi, ravioli, tagliatelle, lasagne.
  Potrai viaggiare in varie parti dell'Italia e della Germania ospite dei miei parenti. Potrai fare escursioni e arrampicate nelle montagne e gite culturali a Roma.

  What do we need? of a person who can take care of our child when we work. How? spending creative and joyful time with him and supporting him with autonomy and homework. We would also like to take better care of the garden and the exterior of the house in general, your presence would certainly be very useful in this. We would like you to help us with small household chores (cooking, washing, cleaning).
  
  Di cosa abbiamo bisogno? di una persona che possa prendersi cura di nostro figlio quando noi lavoriamo. In che modo? passando del tempo creativo e gioioso con lui e supportandolo nelle autonomie e nei compiti per casa. Inoltre ci piacerebbe curare con più attenzione l'orto ed in generale la parte esterna della casa, in questo la tua presenza sarebbe sicuramente molto utile. Ci piacerebbe che potessi aiutarci anche in piccole mansioni domestiche (cucinare, lavatrice, pulizie).

  Acomodação

  We have a small house of 50m2, a large garden and a large wood. The space that we provide for you to sleep is a part of the open space living room. Alternatively we have a tent space also indoors. We have a bathroom and a small but brightly lit kitchen that you can share with us. Food is included, the host will be able to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with us, we will respect his needs and food choices without distorting ours.
  
  Abbiamo una piccola casa di 50mq, un grande giardino e un grande bosco. Lo spazio che ti mettiamo a disposizione per dormire è una parte del soggiorno openspace. In alternativa abbiamo uno spazio tenda anche al coperto. Abbiamo un bagno e una cucina piccola ma molto illuminata che potrai usare in condivisione con noi. Il cibo è incluso, l'host potrà mangiare con noi colazione pranzo e cena, rispetteremo le sue esigenze e scelte alimentari senza stravolgere le nostre.

  We have a bus stop under the house, public transport will take you to Rome in about an hour. Or in your free time you can travel around, take advantage of nature for walks, excursions, climbing, quod and bicycle. You can visit neighboring towns to sample local foods, wines and craft beers, or visit art exhibits and museums. In our free time we enjoy the house and the garden, once every two months we go to Rome to visit the city. We don't have particular habits, we rarely have family visits, Michelangelo has a sports commitment on Sunday mornings and Daniele and I are not always present at the weekend because we work.
  
  Abbiamo la fermata dell'autobus sotto casa, i trasporti pubblici ti porteranno a Roma in circa un'ora di tempo. Oppure nel tuo tempo libero potrai viaggiare nei dintorni, approfittare della natura per fare passeggiate, escursioni, arrampicata, quod e bicicletta. Potrai visitare le cittadine limitrofe per assaggiare cibi locali, vini e birre artigianali oppure visitare mostre d'arte e musei. Nel nostro tempo libero ci godiamo la casa e il giardino, una volta ogni due mesi circa andiamo a Roma per visitare la città. Non abbiamo abitudini particolari, raramente abbiamo visite da parte dei familiari, Michelangelo ha un impegno di sport la domenica mattina e nel finesettimana non sempre io e Daniele siamo presenti perchè lavoriamo.
